Ciara was spotted leaving her hotel in Bratislava (Slovakia), which happens to be the same hotel 50 Cent is staying in for his concert there. And the gentlemen next to her just happens to be a member of 50's tour production team escorting her. She's said to be 'accompanying' Fif on his world tour for the next week and may be a surprise guest at his shows. Local news sources have been reporting sightings of the two all over the area. Mmhmm. Wait...

Timbaland just had a baby girl? And with his publicist turned fiance? If that's not the shocking news of the day then what is? Congrats to the couple.

This Dr. Jan Adams story gets more ridiculous by the minute. He walked out on Larry King Live last night and didn't continue his live interview about Dr. Donda West's death. Dude really just should have stayed home.

Meanwhile, Kanye and his close friends and family buried his mother yesterday in Oklahoma City. It's good that he has such a strong support system. The NY Daily News has a few more pics from the funeral. Kanye also just put his Beverly Hills home on the market for about $8.6 million. Interesting.

So Kimora, Aoki and Ming Lee decided to hit up St. Vincent's Pediatric Unit in NY yesterday to spread some Baby Phat cheer for the Holidays:

I know Dr. West did a bad

I know Dr. West did a bad thing by allowing this surgery, and I am sure the quack did have her consent forms. But his ass is still grass because if an autopsy show a pre-existing condition, it is up to the surgeon to ensure adequate aftercare. Her death will not be in vain if it makes women question themselves about body image, natural ways to defy aging (diet and exercise) and finally. how to investigate doctors and surgeons. Dr.West was a wonderful woman, she will be missed.

While Dr. Donda West's

While Dr. Donda West's untimely death is certainly tragic, there is a bigger picture. I recently read this week that she had been consulting with another plastic surgeon who would NOT do the surgery until she was cleared by an inernist AND that he advised her NOT to do it same day. THIS doctor last spoke with her two weeks prior to her death again advising her of the same thing! According to the article, "she wanted short cuts" and instead enlisted the services of Dr. Jan (who already has 2 malpractice suits pending against him) who felt she was a good candidate and went forth with both procedures. Any person who goes under the knife ELECTIVELY should do their research. I'm assuming she did NOT know about his legal woes, but beyond that; if a surgeon told me he wouldn't operate on me because I was medically fragile and needed clearance, DAMMIT I'd be making DAMN sure ERRTHANG was ERRTHANG first and foremost!!! What would be the purpose of having smaller boobs and a firmer tummy and if there's a good chance I won't make it through the surgery or recovery? In any situation where a patient dies post-op, everybody automatically looks at the doctor, but she DID give written consent (which lists ALL possible outcomes including and up to DEATH) for the procedure. Again, it's tragic, but she WAS warmed of the risks...sorry to be so long-winded, but I'm a nurse speaking from a medical aspect. MY CONDOLENCES TO THE WEST FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND FANS!!!
