Update On Mama Norwood vs. The Kardashians+On Set With Teyana Taylor, Omarion, Raz-B, & Pharrell+Missy Has An Actual Video Premiere
Brandy was spotted in the studio working on some tracks recently. And she’s making appearances just in time to update everybody on her mama’s case against Kim Kardashianand fam. A few days ago, TMZ reported that Sonja Norwood is now sueing The Kardashians for running up her credit card bill years ago to hundreds of thousands of dollars of unauthorized charges when Kim was only authorized to buy 1 ITEM as Sonja’s 1 time stylist. And now, Sonja’s dropping details on WTF really went down and why it took her this long to bust up the Kardashian party:
“I did not want to commence litigation against the Kardashian family without conducting an exhaustive investigation into the charges, and discussing all options, including criminal prosecution, with my family. After Ray J and Brandy urged me not to file criminal charges because of their prior friendship, I decided to afford the Kardashians an opportunity to resolve this matter without a lawsuit.
When the fraudulent charges were brought to their attention, they apologized profusely, and advised us, through their attorneys, that they would pay the debt in full. However, they have since reneged on that promise. The investigation has revealed that the Kardashians used their two stores and other stores that I have never visited to take advantage of me. I very much look forward to having the Kardashians account for their misconduct in a court of law. I also welcome the examination of any so called evidence to determine whether it was fraudulently obtained or whether it constitutes a forgery.”
Damn. Anybody else think Sonja sticking them for their paper now ALSO has the additional bonus of getting back Kim’s portion of the porno money. Y’all know she made at least a mill off that sale of that sex tape with Ray-J…that she “didn’t know about”.

Actually Natasha, I think Missy was at the premiere for “Step Up 2″ since her “Ching-A-Ling” song is the first song to be released from the Step Up 2 soundtrack.
But since her new video just premiered on Monday, it would make sense to premiere her video there too to go along with the movie. And it’s even cooler and groundbreaking because her video is the first music video ever to be shot in 3-D. I think that’s real cool.
And speaking of premieres for music videos, R. Kelly had that God-awful premiere in New York last year for the Trapped In The Closet Parts 13-85. So if R.Kelly can do it, then anyone can.

Her father died that money is not gonna last forever if she had any money she wouldn’t have been working as someone else’s stylist thats not a rich womans job. i love teyanna…she keeps it funky. her sweet sixteen was dope in a low-budget, but appropriate kinda way. that range wasn’t low-budget, but i feel like that was for the cameras.
i saw her a couple of months ago here in harlem. she was just walking w/one of her boys (they passed me on the sidewalk). she looked/walked like a dude in baggy grey sweats, sneaks, and a millionaire boys club letterman jacket. her hair was pulled on top of her head in a knot. chick can dance, though! i liked “google me” and had it as my profile song for a minute. (myspace had a short version, though, so i didn’t leave it up long). anyway, she’s eclectic and her own person. reminds me a little of kelis in that “i’mma do me” kinda way…i guess pharrell digs that since kelis started out w/him, too.

Teyana has a unique appeal. I hope that her demographic is open to the alternative style….Hip hop/urban dance is so formulaic, I feel I’ve been hearing the same song for two years.The producers overwhelf the talent. Kim K’s daddy was one member of O.J.’s legal team 14 years ago! And not even the most prominent one. Johnny made all the money on that case. Besides her daddy’s been dead for several years and I’m sure that money (which was divided between mommy and the other kids) is long gone. As for her stepdad, he was an Olympian 30 years ago. And yeah he had some endorsements (Wheaties) that money, even if well invested, is probably running pretty low, especially when you consider he has at least one former wife and other children. Kim K. is not rolling in money the way alot of y’all think she is. GET REAL!!!

I watched Teyana Taylor on sweet 16 and thought she was the most original of all the sweet 16 parties. I like her style! I would definitely encourage my daughter to go for what she knows if she has just a little bit of her style. As far as Missy’s hair…I actually like it. My daughter told me she didn’t like it but oh well. And Momma Norwood has every right to go after Kim K. She knew she wasn’t supposed to spend that dang money. She took advantage because she was cool with Brandy and Ray J. It’s not right. Pay the money back cause Momma Norwood didn’t have to even give authorization just for the purchase of one item but she did probably thinking that Kim K wouldn’t take advantage.
