The Hip Hop Social Action Network honored Snoop, Ciara, Chris Lighty, Doug E. Fresh, Jim Jones and Mellody Hobson at Capitale in NY yesterday. And y'all know Snoop brought the foolishness...

Director George Lucas was there to support his girlfriend ABC Financial Contributor Mellody Hobson. Who also is the President of Chicago's Ariel Capital Management investment firm. And I would love to know what his conversation with Snoop was like.

Classy.

DJ Whoo Kidd and Rocsi kicked it.

Doug E. Fresh was there. Somebody thought it was a good idea to honor Jim Jones:

However, it sickens me when some Black men seem incapable of dating outside of the race without putting Black women down. I will never forget an article in "Ebony" magazine featuring Wesley Snipes whereby he expressed his dislike for Black women. He I believe he said he specifically dates Asian women because when he comes home he wants to come home to a calm environment. It is this type of generalization that leads to "all hell breaking loose." Wesley may have had several negative dating experiences with Black women but that doesn't justify putting down all Black women.
