Beyonce covering the April 08 issue of JACK magazine
Stans and Beyonceitis victims alike are going to love this. In a rare occasion (we all know Papa Knowles doesn’t play this blogging ish), Beyonce posted a message on her website today about the leaked “Beautiful Nightmare” track:
Yesterday, “Beautiful Nightmare,” a demo I’ve been working on for possible inclusion on my next album, leaked on some websites. I want to thank all my fans for the positive response to the song, but I want to tell you that this is just a work in progress. It is not my time to put out new music. If you really want to hear some really great music now, you have to support my girls Kelly, Michelle and my sister Solange. Kelly just re-released her album digitally in the US, so check out “Ms. Kelly: Diva Deluxe.” Michelle is about to put out the first single, “We Break The Dawn,” from her album and Solange’s single, “I Decided,” is already one of my favorites.
Meanwhile, Solange, Kelly and Michelle are set to throw a celebration party for getting some damn publicity.

To speak on the topic, I’m glad that she sent out the statement. She knows it’s not her time, so she is definitely taking her time with this album, which I love. And it was so obvious that the track was not finished, yet most people still LOVED it, as did I. Keep doing you, Bey, and stay fabulous.

B’s team leaked the song thinking people were going to go crazy over it, and we didn’t except for the usual crowd of 13-20 yr olds. This is garbage! If she stop biting everyone else’s style of music and find her own identity maybe people will like her more, but until then she is a gimmick, ringtone artist. DIL was a good album, second album she jacked Amerie’s sound and it turned out to be a screaming mess, and the third album she wants to be Kylie Minogue, Britney, or UK. Beyonce is talented and all, I just wish she would take a back seat for a while (Kinda like Usher did before Confession) She’d make a bigger impact that way…what is she really going to do different on this album (The last album was not as great as the first, I don’t care what any one of think about that one). I like the song, but it seems like she’s going in the direction Rihanna just went in. Beyonce has her own lane, I’m not a hating but it’s just overkill right now.
PS. She leaked the song…at least her people did, don’t let them fool. Her people search all these sites to view feedback on the song.

So I stand corrected…..Kelly’s first album was released before Beyonce’s solo album, but even still….Beyonce ain’t little Miss Perfection as ppl and the media make her out to be. She has been able to take credit for songs she didn’t write during her time with Destiny’s Child and as a solo artist. I’m not hating on her for having supportive parents who look out for best interests but they have looked out for Solely her interests since the days of the group and after all the women went on to solo careers. She is just an entertainer that has been able to take advantage of the great publicity machine that is behind her. She does her part as a performer and a singer…but honestly she has been able to ride a wave of what is current…she is not an innovator, trend setter…..or anything else….nothing special in my opinion….a whole lot of fluff!
