kelis has looked a hot ass mess for quite some time now. im used to white chicks dressing stupidly and calling it “fashion” but when black chicks do it, it really grinds my gears.

^ yeah, but Kelis has always had that impractical fashion sense. It’s just weird to you b/c you rarely see black chicks with it. But, anyone who lives in NYC or London or is really into fashion is used to seeing Kelis types and her style isn’t really “odd” or “different” at all.
