Tia Mowry’s Wedding Pics & Alexis Phifer Speaks On The Breakup With Kanye
YBF chick Tia Mowry tied the knot yesterday with longtime boyfriend actor Cory Hardrict. The ceremony, where her twin Tamara Mowry served as maid of honor of course, went down in Santa Barbara, CA and looked beautiful:

Alexis Phifer gave her official confirmation today about her breakup with Kanye. She tells People:
“It’s always sad when things like this end, and we remain friends. I wish him the best in his future and all of his endeavors. He’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met.”
Damn. I actually really liked those two. I did report this weekend that a source close to the couple said they were having serious problems, but the source couldn’t confirm the breakup. But clearly it all fell down. Breaking up is indeed hard to do.

Tia looked beautiful. I thought on that Entertainment Tonight segment Tia did before the wedding (earlier YBF post today) that she looked pregnant, but I chalked it up to that billowy top being popular. Wow- could be! That was a great dress choice to go with the flow, if so.
And I wonder if Alexis is just excitedly gearing up for her fashion line release. Being “Kanye’s fiance’” did wonders for name recognition/publicity for her…not surprised she’s doing magazine spreads/promo now to big up herself and her own financial ventures.

i met Alexis at a wedding a couple years ago and she is not as nice as some of y’all think. nevertheless, i’m sorry to hear about the breakup. it’s never easy to do, but she seems to be handling it well. i’m sure she’ll be on the arm of another performer/athlete soon enough.

I am not surprised about Kanye and Alexis’ break-up. I still think he is in love with his ex, the one he mentions in ‘through the wire.’ I am sure with his mother passing, he had time to put things into perspective and realized that he was about to marry the wrong woman. I see him getting back with his ex and marrying her when the time is right.
