If it's not enough for other things, then you go to court for an adjustment. Leaving the child without and pointing the finger at the daddy ain't getting the lights turned on - that's just as negligent.

In many jurisdictions once the child is over the age of 10 the court will ask the child where they would like to live and take that into consideration. So at this point if he is with the father most likely that is where he wants to be.

Natasha - what happened to the post with Gary Dourdan. I noticed another site removed the story as well.

Damon should move the child in w/him Rev Run style and the cut the purse strings and the drama...Shaza was in a real good and juicy CSI story line last night-I hope he gets his demons under control.
