Hot damn who woulda thought. Barbara Wa Wa (Walters) is hitting up Oprah’s couch to dish a secret she’s stashed for several years. She used to let a brother tap that and engaged in an affair with him for several years in the 70’s. Yes, dude was married making Babs jump off material. Her secret lover was former U.S. Senator Edward Brooke of Massachusetts, the first African American to be popularly elected to the U.S. Senate. Damn. The show, where Babs is blabbing about her new memoir, airs May 6th.

Buffalo Bills rookie Demetrius Bell (inset pic) is claiming that Karl Malone is indeed his father and Karl only accepted that a few years ago. Karl told Demetrius that it’s too late for him to be a father and he will have to earn his own money. But Karl has shut Demetrius out and has been pretty much a footnote in his son’s life. And shockingly, Demetrius’ mother was only 13 when she had him, while Karl was a sophomore in college. Serious WTF material. Demetrius says he’s over his daddy drama but it’s still messed up that Karl came around to claiming his twin daughters after they became teens and Karl’s wife (pictured above) finally “accepted them” as family. Boo all around.
