The Carters’ Alleged Pre-Nup Details
According to Wendy Williams, here’s what’s poppin’ with Beyonce and Uncle Jay’s (what Gwyneth Paltrow’s kids call Jay-Z) prenuptial agreement:
Beyonce is worth estimated $100 million and Jay-Z is worth estimated $300 million.
She will have access to all the money, accounts, cars, NetJet private plane service, the yacht, homes and offices they share during the marriage.
She will get $10 million after 2 years of marriage, then $1 million every year of marriage up to 15 years.
$5 million dollars for every child she has by him.
If they split, she will get $10 million plus a house worth $10 million and she will get to keep all clothes, jewelry and gifts earned during the marriage.
I don’t know about y’all but it sounds like a winner to me. Where’s my application so I can get in on this?

Also, I don’t want to be superficial but I don’t find him that attractive and I would really have a hard time with that. I’m by no means an expert, but I can’t see a marriage with two people earning what they own that comes with a prenup like this. In marriages where both are high earners that we have seen dissolve, there are times when the wife simply declines any spousal support, etc. and they just divide the property. Jay-Z and Beyonce are one of the few couples in entertainment where the woman brings almost as much to the table as the man. Even Jada Pinkett Smith, who has her own career is nowhere near in the earnings range of her husband. Beyonce may not be a match to Jay now, but he’s had more time to amass his fortune, thinking ahead, she may come out the top earner in the long run. Shit anything can and does happen with celebs, but in this case, I can’t see it being the truth. It actually sounds like a rehashing of the controversial prenup NBA player Dikembe Mutumbo asked his fiancee to accept like a decade ago. (The fiancee, wisely, called off the wedding.) On the other hand, sports mad Jigga would know about that prenup, so maybe he copied it. But given Wendy and the National Enquirer’s track record, I wouldn’t bet my teensy by comparison paycheck on it.
