50's Baby Mama Drama Continues...

50 Cent is setting things up to flip the script and sue his son's mother Shaniqua Thompkins. After Sheniqua brought 50 to court several times these last couple of months to deal with the now burnt down home situation, he is now suing her for defamation of character. Sheniqua accused 50 of trying to kill her and their son Marquise by burning down the house a few weeks ago that they were all living in. And now, 50's lawyers are saying they're not taking her mouthiness anymore: "There comes a point where you can no longer sit on your hands and listen to her spread these falsehoods. Besides hurting his reputation, they have a damaging impact on their son." And that's not all. 50 is pissy because now Sheniqua is trying to keep Marquise from him and is cutting off communication between the two. According to the Daily News, Sheniqua has "made it practically impossible" for 50 to speak to or see his son, according to a petition filed this week in Suffolk County Family Court. 50 says that when he learned Marquise's cell phone was destroyed in the fire, he sent him a new one, along with a duffle bag of new clothes. According to 50's lawyers: Tompkins has "failed and refused to give the cell phone to Marquise," 50 alleges. "The only way [50] can communicate with his son is to call [Tompkins'] cell phone. On June 11 ... [she] did permit [50] to speak with his son. However ... she was hovering over Marquise, monitoring the conversation and, after a short while, she interrupted the conversation by taking the phone from Marquise and began yelling at [50]," who eventually hung up on her. Sheniqua's due in court tomorrow, but 50 won't be there as he's in Shreveport, Louisiana filming a movie. Drama!

If white women can get 15K checks a month why can't black women.[/quote] hold on now! first, she was getting CAKE from 50 but she went to the judge and started talking about wanting more money and the judge not Fiddy cut her payments. she was getting close to what Kim Porter gets for Christian but she got greedy and wanted more and the judge said "hell no, in fact we cutting that to 9K" so then she gets even more gully and bring another dude into the house that 50 let her live in so their son can go to school in a better district. now, if i paid 2.5 million for a house not a one bedroom apartment a house. . .for my dude and son to live in and he brings in another bitch. . they can find their own place to stay. she has other kids so i'm sure she's getting child support for all those kids. furthermore, i'm not a Fiddy fan but I refuse to believe that he would intentionally set that house on fire with his son there. she's grimy and will continue to be grimy. and i'm sure that the only reason why Fif doesn't get custody is because is lifestyle isn't really child friendly but damn that if i'm going through all this drama and i can afford an au pair or a nanny, he'll have the best au pairs or nannies in the tri state area.

This whole thing is getting out of hand and very sad because there is a young man caught in the middle. He can read and I am sure he has internet access, don't these two parents think that he is going to be able to read about their mess in the media. What's his perception of black women and black men going to be after all of this? It's sad in my opinion.

I think all this beef could've been avoided if he would just put the house in his child name....And he could just look at it as a gift for his son....I think this is about her having a man that lives in the house. You can't make a good case for custody without a residence. re: the duffel bag, think about the size of a duffel bag, if it were full of clothes, that would be a lot, lets be real and we don't know how often he sends clothes whenever she gets it together, she needs to see a dermatologist and a therapist. last, why was her man comfortable living in another dude's house like that? he's a punk
