Wedding Fab: Joy Bryant & Ruben Studdard

In a surprise move this weekend, Joy Bryant married her stuntman fiance David Pope in the Hamptons. The two dated for about a year. She had a beach ceremony with about 100 guests. The bride wore a Missoni wedding gown (and changed into a floral Missoni gown for the reception), while the groom rocked a gray Calvin Klein suit. The two met on the set of Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins a little while ago. Congrats to the couple.

And after filing their marriage license about a week ago, Ruben Studdard and his fiance Surata McCants got married in his hometiwn of Birmingham, Alabama this weekend. They met when he was signing cds at Walmart in Atlanta and she was there to shop for toys. Of course the velvet teddy bear laid the game on thick and now they've jumped the broom. Congrats to them. However, Gabrielle and Sanaa get way more roles than Joy. I can only think of three movies I have seen her in (Antwan Fisher, the movie with the Goldie Hawn's daughter, and Welcome home Roscoe..) now she was good in all of them. I'm just saying she needs to polish her look just like you said Hollywood doesn't want us, but we still have to put our best foot forward. I've seen other celebs wear a ponytail or bun on the red carpet.
