Ciara's looking fabulous on the cover of the new Billboard magazine. She's talking about her much anticipated album Fantasy Ride. And look who has been spotted rocking a wedding band:

Both Jay ('bout damn time) and Whitney. And Mama Whit conveniently was chillin' with Ray-J when a suspicious rock (on both hands) made an appearance while they left the club this weekend. hold up! I just read recently an interview with him stating he's still dating lil kim and NO ONE ELSE. is whitney resorting to being a side dish or what?!
