The BETJ show, Leading Men, recently shot a piece on Common and interviewed two of his DJ's and his manager. Sources on staff at BETJ tell TheYBF.com that when talking to DJ Dummy (yes,dude voluntarily chose that as his stage name), he said that Common is HEAD OVER HEELS in love right now. He says that Common is so in love that his new album Universal Mind Controlis basically all about "this girl". And of course, we all know "this girl" is nobody but Serena "She got a donk" Williams. DJ Dummy says that he has never seen Common so happy. Even when he was in love with "another artist" it was never this deep. And it's pretty safe to say that "other artist" is either Erykah Badu or Kerry Washington. DJ dished that Common's happiness shows in stage performances as his enthusiasm and energy is overwhelming. He said Common is so in love that sometimes he has to reel him in-- sometimes Common will want to go be with "her" and he'll have to tell him "No, you can't because you have a show and you won't make it back in time. " I guess Common ignored that little piece of advice as he's surfing it up in Hawaii right now with 'Rena. Click here for the pics.
