Winners will only be contacted via e-mail. In the subject--write PZI. Winners will then be announced next Monday, on December 1st, right here on TheYBF.com. 1 entry per person. When I lose weight so easy because I tend to have a one-track mind. Sometimes when I'm at work (like today) I'm so busy (blogging) working that I forget to eat lunch. When I get home I tend to snack or eat a bowl of cereal (Raisin Nut Bran/frosted mini wheats) cuz I don't feel like cooking. I don't like feeling air pockets where my a** should be.
