YBF Chick Kelly Rowland flaunted her envious bikini bod on Miami Beach all Memorial Day weekend.  And yesterday was no different.  She rocked her scrunchy waisted turquoise and floral bikini, perfect skin, and a big floppy hat while dishing about her new diet.

 

Kel Tweeted to her fans: "I gave up sugar and fried foods again!"  And it's clearly paying off.  More pics when you read on...

She lounged topless in her private cabana after saying hello to fans, playing in the ocean, and drinking out her jug-o-water.
