Dawn Richard of Dirty Money, and fomerly of Danity Kane, just did a photoshoot for french magazine Ghubar where she's showing off her "more polished" image.

The rest of her nice pics and what she's trying to accomplish style wise when you read on...

Her stylist for the shoot, Ugo Mozie, tells YBF: "I want her to feature more of her own personal style. Dawn is very fashionable. Her sense of style is very chic and eclectic. So I'm basically here to bring that out of her."

Ugo also tells us, "I have a wide variety of clients, from (edgy) Coco and Breezy to (cool simple) Steph Jones. My job is bring out each individuals personality through wardrobe and make it physically appealing. Rather than following a trend or the 'Rihanna Gaga Movement'".

I feel sorry for Dawn. She was clearly the most talented one from DK and being in Dirty Money is doing nothing for her. She is nothing more than Diddy’s back-up singer. I’m surprised she actually believed Diddy was going to help her career. All you have to do is look at the careers of other Bad-Boy artist and none of them have any longevity pass their first album. Diddy uses them to extend his brand not to build their careers.

sometimes u have to swallow ur pride and use one opportunity to set up for ur stepping up. Dawn sticking with Diddy even to be a "backup" singer is a lot more than what she came onto Making the Band as. The bottom line is she is making money and here we are talking about her. It may not be where she ideally wanted to be and i'm sure she knows that herself, but it's a lot more than where she would otherwise be. She definitely is not good enough to be a standalone artist so a solo career would definitely fizzle out a lot faster than her current stint with Dirty Money.
