Clement Brown Jr., a clothing designer, is suing Soulja Boy claiming the rapper stole his slogan. Brown claimed in a civil suit that Soulja Boy and some of his S.O.D. Money Gang members stole copyrighted text from his t-shirts to create their 'code of honor'.

Brown and his lawyers are arguing that the rapper knew about Brown's work because of a tattoo on Soulja Boy. In the lawsuit Brown is seeking an unspecified amount in damages for loss of sales, lost profits, loss of good will, and copyright infringement. He's also wants an injunction to prevent the future use of the slogan.

Yesterday, the IRS raided Young Buck's home for $300,000 in unpaid taxes. He was allowed to keep his house and car but most of his possessions inside the home were taken. 

Young Buck said,

"The worst part of this isn't the material stuff — that will all be replaced, it's what it does to the people around me. They took my kids' PlayStation, my assistants' computers, and baby's mothers' jewelry. They took my home studio so I can't even record. "

The rapper blames his record label and says he learned from the experience saying,

"I have a new team in place, but I am also paying full attention now, nothing like this will ever happen again. This is a huge wake-up call for all entertainers to stay on top of your own trusted employees and team members, and replace anyone that was put in place by your record label if the situation you have goes sour. This IRS situation came about because I trusted accountants, lawyers and managers to handle my business for me while I focused on making music. From now on, I am going to stay on top of my own business"
