Lebron's "Sidekick" Savannah Does Harper's Bazaar, Gets Fab While Talking Miami & Marriage

Lebron's longtime girlfriend, Savannah Brinson, got fab for an interview and photoshoot with Harper's Bazaar. Read on for the deets on her & Lebron's relationship plus the move to Miami...

The interview will appear in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar hitting stands August 17. And Savannah is posing with her and Lebron's cutie patootie sons Jr. and Bryce by the pool. Here's some outtakes about why she no likey Miami (chick is on her defense early right? Not even mad.) and her and Bron's marriage:

On the move to Miami

Savannah: "Personally, Miami was not my favorite place. Vacationing there is great: You go for three days and get some sun, and it’s time to go home, it will definitely be an adjustment, but we’ll make it. We’re not complaining. Whatever LeBron felt was comfortable, I’m with him. I just love him so much. We’re soul mates."

On marriage for her & Lebron

Savannah: "I’ve definitely not put a fire under his ass, I would never rush him to do something like that. We’re really comfortable with the way things are now. And it’s not up to me. When it happens, it happens. We talk about it. If we do it, I want it to be forever."

Lebron speaking about Savannah

Lebron: "A person like myself always needs a great sidekick and a person you can rely on no matter the circumstances. And she’s that, she’s got my back, and I love her for that."

LeBron Jr.: “I’m going to play in the NBA,” he announces proudly. Brinson explains, “He sees his dad playing and he thinks it’s cool. But he can do whatever he wants to do in life. He doesn’t have to walk in his father’s footsteps.”

I can see why she doesn't want to move to Miami, endless jumpoffs for days! Especially since she's not 'rushing' or concerned about getting married.

Some of the people here commenting are so naive.. I personally know that he cheats on her! He was messing with this chick I know for quite awhile, she was also not the only one. He would fly her out to different cities he was playing in. He was also cheating on his "Sidekick" while she was pregnant with the second baby. So please.. don't get it twisted, this is another athlete with the same agenda as most of them have NBA Nothing But Ass! People are so quick to judge

People are so quick to judge somebody else's shit. Especially black people. The details and what goes on in their relationship is their business. I guess everybody on here lost their virginity to their husbands, or is married to their childs father, at least one of them for those that have multiple. When the majority of you on here would love to be in her situation. GROUPIES that try to get with celebrities just to be a baby mama is a prime example of that. But the differenc between them and Savannah is that her man/baby daddy, boyfriend acknowledge her, takes care of her and their kids, and you always see her with him, right by his side. Groupies can't say anything remotely close to that. They will get married when they get ready and who says you have to get married just because you have kids. You cannot force a man into marriage, it will never work..

I am praying for this relationship. Savannah is a naturally beautiful young lady loving the nothing fake look. , she probably isnt worried about the sidekick comment because she knows who she is and what she is. Some of you guys are

Some of you guys are unbelieveable. I am a fan of LeBron and I have followed him ever since day 1. Savannah has always been there and not just as his girlfriend. She's his best friend. And vice versa. He has said in MANY interviews how blessed he's been to have someone like her who he loves very much. I remember in one interview in particular after the whole free agency thing where the interviewer asked him how does the people in his house feel about his decision....meaning Savannah and the kids....and he said the kids dont really know nor care. But that the woman that he keeps in his house, he couldnt believe how supportive she was. He kinda started showing too much emotion and pulled back a lil and said she's always supportive and in his corner no matter what. Ive heard ppl who have been married for years always say you marry the person that makes you happy but also the person that you always want to be around. And if you know anything about LeBron and Savannah, they are ALWAYS together! In most of the posts about LeBron ppl don't see her, but she's always there. He makes it a point to have her there always. They love each other and for the past 7 years he has been nothing but respectful and loving to her. Of course none of you would know that or care but are quick to dog her when she isnt smiling a picture...REALLY? But then again what makes us the most upset about other people is often a projection of what we don't like about ourselves. Never believe all of what you read and half of what you see. Loves these two! I just pray that God continues to bless this relationship they have going here because when his fans have betrayed him and his organizations betrayed him and all the critics have put their two cents in, she has been there. Constant and strong and that is commendable. He's 25, she's 23....they have all their lives! Keep it up guys. Always supporting ya'll.

I loved the full interview

I loved the full interview and video clip. I really hope LeBron does well by her, she's beautiful, down to earth, intelligent and just everyday, around the way girl. I can't hate on her even if I wanted to. I do question the motive behind doing an exclusive interview with a basketball girlfriend. The skeptic in me wants to caution them as a couple because ever since Dan Gilbert got pissy over LeBron leaving the Cavs, the media has been trying to dig up dirt on him, and cast him in a negative light-I call it modern day lynching. I wouldn't be surprised if this interview later comes back to haunt him in the event that LeBron does move on from Savannah. Although I'd like caution Savannah, I think she's got this covered. Let the man hang out in Miami and do his thing. Sow his wild oats, if you will, cause he's going to do it, and he needs to do it, it comes with the territory, however, if he brings something back to nest (read STI) put his ass in check. And most of all, make him respect you in public at all times, meaning make him keep his jump-offs on the DL, and in public he is to treat you like the Queen that you are!

On the other hand, marriage in this situation is not always in the woman's best interests. Ask Tawanna Iverson. She had two or three before they got married, then had two or three more. She was also constantly cheated on, beat on, disrespected openly and treated like shit. You can ask ANYONE in Philly. Now she's divorcing him, when the money has run out. That seems to be the pattern in a lot of these situations. Marriage just gives you legal rights - but having a loving relationship is a hell of lot harder, especially when a relationship is under pressure like these are. Natasha why you did not show the visdeo of talking. Savannah also talked about other things such as ahe will be staying in Akron so the kids could go to school. I am sorry but I think Lebron might be trying to free himself from her. I think she should have been quiet, I liked her better before this interview. Earlier I stated that Lebron was her ticket out of Akron but he left and she is staying. She just has a nice house with maids, nannies etc. I guess the rumors were true that she did not know about the decison until the decion that is why she looked soo upset and had that rag on her head knowing that paps were waiting not to mention Pat Riley and the other executives at the heat. He probably told her to stay in Akron that night since she was acting a fool, she embarrassed him. Savannah probably one of those scared to leave home folks and probably gave him hell on that plane and in that car over the decision to go to Miami, one of the pictures she a blanket on her head whike they were in the car. Her girls group sounds nice but she has not left Akron she had some children by a wealthy bball player who is not even taking her to Miami with them., Lebron will see them what once a week on his day off. Yeah that will be an adjustment.

She said she met him when she was 16 years old and did not know who he was until he invited her to a basketball game. I guess he was already 18 because he had the Hummer at the time.
