I wish the both of them the best, but from a legal perspective it does not look good. As a person on probation he should be doing everything necessary not to put himself in that kind of situation. He knows his conditions and so does his women. She is supposed to be getting him on the right path and he is supposed to be making sure she is not implicated further by any of his actions. Okay, You know what enough already!! I am a huge TI fan and have watched him so call change and preach to kids about doing the right thing (all that) TALK. He and Tiny should be ashamed of themselves. The problem is that too many celebrities thing that they are larger than life. They believe that they play by a different set of rules and Im sick of it. Fantasia, Tiger, TI, everybody makes mistakes, I get it. I think its great when people say oh pray for them God will help them through this. But they weren't thinking about GOd when they were smoking weed, cheating, and taking pills! People only call on God when they reach rock bottom. So my messg is for these celebrities/TI is to stop playing with God and get real with yourself first. Remember God helps those that help themselves first!!

The Takers producers (black guys) pissed a lot of people off, by basically having the NERVE to finance your own project and THEN, by becoming #1. So! He should have REALLY been trying to be as perfect as possible b/c I'm sure he was being followed and watched. I'm sure some people were gunning for him. Smile in his face and say congratulations, but make a few phone calls as soon he walked out. Oh well. No matter other people's intentions, he wouldnt have this issue if he made sure there was NOTHING he could get in trouble for. This just sucks. I know this is going to sound ridiculous b/c obviously T.I and Tiny should know better since he's a convicted felon but: Why did the cops pull over a Maybach in the first place? The reason behind the stop hasn't been explained. Once you're stopped, and the cops smell weed then the police do have probable cause for an arrest and stop with a potential search. But why did they pull over a Maybach in the first place? Was there a traffic violation of some sort (not mentioned here)? Was there improper/reckless driving? Did the cop see the driver drinking from a tyrofoam cup? (and even if the officer did, drinking from a styrofoam cup does not equal probable cause for a car stop and a search). I'm not condoning the conduct of T.I/Tiny but I just would like to know what caused the officer to stop a maybach, because you can't "smell" weed with the windows + the windows were tinted and it was night time. So the only window you could potentially see in is the driver's window.

I'm not passing judgement... but DUMB is DUMB I don't care how you look at it! I wouldn't say JUDGE them, but something has to be said or done about this situation! TI was just doing speeches to children about doing right, and Tiny has a young girl group out... is this really what we want to teach our children? So for those of you screaming not to pass judgement, just let it pass and let all these children think that what they're doing is okay.... BULLSHIT

What’s with the name calling, we don’t know chit? You haven’t learned yet the media only feed us news the way they want it projected. Some of you already have them convicted and serving time. The cops seemed to all have developed a blind man's sense of smell, lately. There have been too many coincidences of cops smelling odors of marijuana or seeing smoke coming from cars and then pulling people over. What's up with that? This must have been a rented Maybach so just pull a Paris Hilton, the drugs probably was left in the car by the previous users. It worked for Paris perhaps, it will work for them.
