Kat Stacks Likely To Be Deported!

Y'all know we never mention this chick unless it's truly newsworthy. And homegirl getting deported is pretty much music to many people's ears. It looks like Hip Hop's favorite groupie, Kat Stacks got into a little trouble last week and was arrested in Tennessee. She may be deported for being an illegal immigrant in the United States.

Kat Stacks, whose real name is Andrea Herrera-Cardena was arrested last week in Nashville, TN according to the Davidson County Sheriff's Office. It is still unclear the reason for her arrest but she caught a felony immigration charge.

She took to her twitter while all of this was going down and tweeted that the town security held her for over an hour. She then went on to say that as soon as the security officers saw her foreign passport they began "messing" with her.

According to The Nashville Criminal Justice Center today, Kat Stacks has a 90% chance of being deported to Venezuela this week. "She didn't get arrested for a state charge, so she must've missed an immigration court date in the past. Once that happens they start looking for you and once they got you... it's a wrap," says Miss Pugh, a police assistant at Nashville's CJC.

According to the arrest document she's still awaiting trial and no bond was set.

ANYWAYDOE, I'm sure there are many rappers out there thanking their lucky stars. And honestly, the level of how many people started respecting and worshiping a "woman" like this was becoming disturbing. If I heard one more time how she's a good role model for women I was going split my weave. So....Get.To.Steppin'.

despite how I feel about her antics. this might explain it. If Kat, has family here that are not citizens and she is a 21 year old girl, with very little education and an even smaller amount of common sense. this is tragic. You are going to remove her from a country that gave her opportunities, to use to change her status then remove her with possibly very little support if she does get deported. Is that even her home, she obviously wasn't born here, but was she raised in the U.S. if so, it seems wrong to deport her to a country she barely knows........

Please....she's a black Venezuelan. As for the immigration charge, "missed immigration court dates" are not felonies. The "police assistant" should stick to answering phones. Based on the above documents, someone who knew she was an immigrant (illegal or not) reported her. If she was an illegal alien or committed a state or federal crime while being an illegal immigrant or permanent resident, she would still be locked up waiting for ICE. If she's able to tweet about it, then they are still investigating.
