Eva Longoria Parker Files For DIVORCE From Tony Parker?! For Real This Time?!

After yesterday's "false alarm" on Splitsville Lane where reports hit the Tony Parker filed for divorce from Eva Longoria Parker, NEW reports state Eva just filed this morning!

Where there's smoke, there's fire. Deets when you read on...

So it looks like the Parkers are over afterall.

People.com is reporting that Eva filed the papers this morning in L.A. Superior Court. And even though it has't been confirmed, rumors are abuzz saying Tony's infidelity is the reason. I have a feeling a few San Anotnio groupie are about to start making their way to Gloria Allred's office. According to the site:

The Desperate Housewives star's documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court just one day after her rep denied that Parker had done the same in a Texas court.

The cause of the split wasn't immediately revealed. But this past week the couple have been rocked with infidelity rumors, with claims that Tony has been unfaithful.

Reports state that the french San Antonio Spur baller and the "Desperate Housewives" actress did indeed have a prenup when they wed 3 years ago in a castle outside of Paris. So who knows how this ish is going to turn out.

Kinda sad about this one. Wasn't really expecting it, but we shouldn't be surprised about any type of cheating in the NBA. Oh wells. 'C'est la vie.

She would be seen forcing kisses and grinning while he is looking off into the distance. Usually, when that apparent, one is just more in love with the idea of "being in love" than the other. Voila! Remember those rumors that Tony was having an affair when he was engaged to Eva and that he was hooking up with another woman during their wedding week in Paris. The other woman came out to the press; had confirming texts and everything but the Parkers swept it under the rug, said she was lying. Well I always thought that ish was true. And so frankly, YES, I believe Eva was desperate to marry Tony at any costs and so overlooked his cheating ways probably thinking he'd change. Eva seemed a great catch to me; Tony may be a baller, but he's NOT CUTE, looks like a chipmunk and his accent is hella annoying. Eva strikes me as a strong, self-confident, ambitious real woman and not some little girl that Tony could blatantly cheat on and be ai-ight with it. You never know, just my assessment.
