Mariah Carey Tapes Her Xmas Special + More Tony & Eva Divorce Drama

Not allowing her protruding belly to stop her from doing what she loves, Mariah Carey joined Snoopy to celebrate the recording of a "Charlie Brown Christmas" special in New York City last night. Check out the pics of the Christmas special plus read the new messy details emerging about Tony Parker filing his own divorce papers...

The "Charlie Brown Christmas" special is part of the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Rockefeller Center and Mariah Carey was there glowing in her red peacoat.

Check out the kid in the background dancing. Lol.

In cheater files...

Details about Tony Parker filing his own separate divorce papers in Texas have surfaced. In addition, the internet is buzzing about the way Eva Longoria found out Tony was cheating on her with her former friend Erin Barry.

According to the NY Post, Tony hid a secret file, which contained info on Erin, on his computer at home. He forgot to hit the "log off" button and Eva allegedly discovered Erin's number and a series of sexy text messages he had sent her. SMDH. Although the couple was already headed for divorce, this was "the straw that broke the camel's back"

Accordng to TMZ, Tony filed for divorce today. Although Eva filed for divorce earlier in the week in Los Angeles, Texas divorces can be handled very quickly -- in as little as 60 days. Tony states the reason for divorce:

"The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

Oddly enough, although the couple signed a prenup, Tony does not mention it in the divorce filings. In the divorce papers, he says "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate."

Hmmm... this should be very interesting. And might get very messy.

I don't think Eva "found" that file by chance...I think she went looking for it (or HAD someone look for it). I'm not understanding the whole "they never looked happy together" comments. I'm not the biggest Mariah fan, but I hope she has a healthy pregnancy. She looks to be glowing! Now as far as Eva and Tony. It's known that Eva pursued Tony. MISTAKE #1. No woman should EVER pursue a man. Call me old-fashioned, but I like to be courted, and the man should ALWAYS make the first move. To me, when women make the first move it shows that the guy was really never interested in them in the first place. Considering in this case, Tony didn't know who Eva was when they first started dating. Two, I think Eva pursued Tony because he was young, an athlete, and he just finished winning the championship and being featured in People's "50 Most Beautiful People". It's no secret that she likes the paps, and he doesn't. As many people have said, who didn't know that this relationship wasn't going to work? He just didn't seem that interested in her. She was IN LOVE with him, while he was in LIKE with her. If both parties are not on the same page, it's not going to work... Finally, all I have to say to Tony is: Dude, you signed a pre-nup! So execute it. I know you probably feel guilty about how it went down (I don't believe that Eva is/was a victim, I think she knew), but she filed for divorce in CA, which means if she shows an ounce of a good case, you're coughing up half of your earnings. I think at this point she's being vindictive. She's on a primetime television show, why do you need his money? Just move on and find someone (close) to your age.

This sounds like you're living in the 50's. Regardless if she knew (which I don't believe she did) or not, he took vows to her and he violated them. So if he has to cough up some dough oh well. To top it off he slept with her friend and his former teammates wife. Can we say stupid dumb and uncaring. If he were just "in like" as you say with her, he didn't have to marry her.
