Not even a baby will stop "Atlanta Housewife," Kim Zolciak's, show. Kim was spotted smoking a cigarette a few weeks ago and, of course, the pic has surfaced on the net. Read on to see the pic...

32-year-old Kim Zolciak was caught puffing away while taking a break from watching an NFL game. While we are no doctors, it doesnt take a genius to know that smoking while pregnant is NOT smart!

Kim, who is known for being a chain smoker on the "Real Housewives of Atlanta," recently announced that her and her NFL player boyfriend Kroy Biermann were expecting their first child.

According to TMZ, Kim knew she was pregnant when these photos were taken. When she revealed the news that she was pregnant she said that she denied the rumors in October because she was only in her first trimester and you never know what could happen. SMDH

Not only is she probably upsetting the baby by playing her "Tardy for the Party" and "Google Me" songs for it, but now she's adding cigarettes to the trauma? Goodness.

Let me clear this up for you. Smoking during any trimester is NOT okay. Smoking constricts your blood vessels, which constricts the flow of oxygenated blood to your baby. Lack of oxygen isn't fine!! Smoking while pregnant is plain old ignorant behavior. I have tried to tell y'all to stop listening to "they." Most of the time "they" don't know what the phluck they are talking about. Smoking is harmful to the fetus. Kim knows better. She's just selfish beyond selfish.

Well I am happy because their babies were born healthy. Most smokers go into preterm labor, have low birth weight babies, deliver stillborn, or with defects. I am not judging. Facts are facts and you can't get away from them. Smoking is presenting poison into your body and your fetus by default. I'd rather endure the pain of quitting than endure the pain of a doctor handing me my dead newborn any day of the week. Why tempt fate?
