Halle Berry's Ex Goes To Declare Paternity + Vanessa & Angela Simmons' FASHIZBLACK Shoot

Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry has filed papers in California to establish his paternity regarding little Nahla. Get the deets inside plus peep the FASHIZBLACK Magazine photoshoot of Angela and Vanessa Simmons...

TMZ reports that Gabriel Aubry filed a paternity petition back in December of 2010.

This does not mean that Halle and Gabriel are fighting, but the establishment of paternity will give Gabriel "legal" rights when it comes to spending time with Nahla. In most states, father's rights aren't protected unless the couple was married. That's why baby mommas rule the world...or at least the NBA.

And actually, a source tells TMZ that at least in terms of child custody, visitation or support, Halle and Gabriel pretty much worked that out themselves...with their lawyers. Whatever arrangement they worked out seems to be going along smoothly. Gabriel just wanted to "put it on paper." Nice to see a man running to court to declare he's the father...and not running from it.

Eddie and Nicole's daughters are beautiful just like Nicole is. Nicole looks damn good! Hard to believe she has pushed out 5 babies. The Simmons girls pics are nice. Angela, poor thing. She tries really hard to be sexy but, she just is not attractive. It's not her fault tho. No one can help the way they look.

I doubt it plays out badly in public b/c Halle's PR team will control it. But things are certainly not wonderful between them, if it were he wouldn't be filing this paperwork now when the kids is like 3 years old. I don't think either of the Simmons girls have much going for them lol. Vanessa really wants to act and model but she doesn't seem to be able to get her foot in the door. I don't know what Angela's goal is...Pastry is just something Russell gave them to keep them busy. They aren't even being featured in legit fashion magazines, it's always some unknown net magazine. They don't even wear the crap lol.

Fred I can confirm what you are saying. Contrary to what ppl see from the paps most unintelligent ppl think they can put together celebrities lives based on seeing online pics or in mags. These ppl are the ones who read books with pictures only. Halle who I admit can manipulate her image, but when it comes to her loves Nahla ,Gab, and now Olivier she tries to keep them private. It's ashamed TMZ is blowing this out of proportion. This is a normal process for Gab to protect his rights as her father since the 2 were not married and she is moving on with her life. More ppl should be proactive and not reactive.
