All I know is it's a reason why Steve got custody of their son also why Mary's ex-husband has custody of their first son. Here's what I know about Steve. I liked him in his sitcom and in Kings of Comedy. I didn't think his book was going to be challenging enough for my lady. It wasn't & I'm glad she only borrowed it. I didn't particularly like all of his material when it came to "He Aint Thru w/Me Yet" I especially didn't feel comfortable when he spoke about his son climbing into bed with him. I don't care for his live radio show. Its just weird all of the time and doesn't flow anything like his 90's sitcom and his King of Comedy Act. Its a shame. Too many butt jokes about the monkeys in Africa. He turned me off a while ago and I guess its just a vibe we sometimes get. Money or no money with the divorce. Every x-spouse owes a little healing time to the other spouse especially when you know you are the one with the "power". When you're breaking up with someone you are the one with more strength emotionally (usually). You owe some let down time. There's no excuse and then the audacity of him writing a book about relationships? My lady is a lady and doesn't need to think like a man. We get each other because we love each other and have God to bridge the differences between men/women. I am ashamed of him because I knew none of this. Again even if only 1% of this is true, its too much. Even if she was a drug abusing mom and he had his new wife on hold thru the last few years of the relationship, there is no reason to immediately rub their marriage in the x's face. You can't be married and not be involved in your spouse's career when it comes to showbiz. Its not like he went to a 905 office job every day. Showbiz forced spouses to be involved in some capacity. God bless his soul to grow in his heart and to forgive whatever it is all three of them have to forgive and I pray for the well being & health of their son. He doesnt APPEAR to be following Biblical principle on many levels.

Bottom line. A real man would make certain that his ex-lover, covenant partner, business associate, supporter, encourager, and mother of his child was financially stable, no matter what prior circumstances evolved. Steve should, with his faith in God, realize that he is now accountable for his injustices to both his ex-wives. God has a spiritual principle in place that applies to everyone and that is that you shall reap whatever you have sown. The Bible says that a man cannot expect to be blessed when he mistreats the weaker vessel (his wife). This is not an opinion but Gods Word. If Steve makes good on his past mistakes rather than denying his part in the demise of his marriages it may be that he would began to see a shift take place in his circumstances. What is now happening is a whirlwind of confusion that can never end positively. Restitution, forgiveness and thereby healing is the only true solution to this problem.

Sorry but this woman appears to be bitter and with some tough personal issues. I'm nota real big fan of Steve Harvey and don't quite understand why his book on relationships was so successful considering he's on his third marriage, but I digress.
