FITNESS COUPLE: Hoopz and Shaq Share Their Wild Workout

Fun loving couple Shaq and Hoopz recently shot a segment for a local Boston TV show where they displayed their crazy workout routine. Check out the pics after the jump...

Back in February, we reported that former reality tv star Nikki "Hoopz" Alexander signed on to do a reality show based on women's health and fitness and now she will be showcasing her own fitness and her new suburban lifestyle.

A local Boston televison crew recently visited Hoopz and NBA baller Shaquille O'Neal in their Boston home to get a preview of their extremely wild workouts.

They demonstrated the balancing act.

5'2 and all. Hoopz is one strong woman to be able to pick up Shaq.

Wow.

Finally workout: flipping out.

There is something very cute and genuine about this couple.

For those of you who think that Shaunie was too "mature" for Shaq...you must have never watched her trainwreck of a show, where she acts like a middle school Mean Girl. I can see why Shaq and Hoops are so great together--they share common interests (sports), and they aren't afraid to be big kids with each other. Take notice--the longest lasting relationships are those that are filled with laughter and joy....not drama (looking at you, Shaunie)...
