Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" Campaign Gets Physical + Halle Berry And Nahla Have A Day At The Park

First Lady Michelle Obama was seen on the White House lawn yesterday with a group of teenagers, getting physical in a chic pair of black pants and a multi-colored top. See pics of Michelle inside and see what Halle and Nahla did on their day at the park.

Yesterday, First Lady Michelle Obama participated in the “Pit Crew Challenge” station during an event with the President's Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition on the South Lawn of the White House.

The First Lady, along with NBA legend Grant Hill, visited seven activity stations during the event, which helped promote both the Let's Move! and Joining Forces initiatives.

Michelle keeps those arms in shape doing one-arm pushups.

Fitness guru Donna Joyner was also there.

And at a park in Malibu,

Halle Berry made sure Nahla got her move on with physical activities at the park.

Halle even gave her a foot massage.

Afterwards, the ladies went on a shopping spree.

Later this month Halle will be honored with the Celebrity Fragrance of the Year prize at this year's FiFi Awards.

She released a statement about the honor saying, "For years I have created my own personal scents by mixing and layering fragrances, trying to come up with something unique and different. It's a wonderful form of self-expression and I am thrilled to share these fragrances with consumers worldwide."

Halle and her daughter are adorable. It seems that Halle and Jennifer Garner Affleck are very hands-on mothers' they are always out and about with their daughters having fun. Unlike that JLO who appears to be ashamed of her twins because of their looks and has never taken them to the park or the beach. She turns them over to the nanny because she is too busy with her so-called career to care for them.

To the ignorant people posting these comments about Halle's daughter YOU are delusional.. Crawl from under your rocks? You must be un-worldly, uneducated fools. Are you saying to be "Black" you have to have kinky hair? Women in my family look like Nahla, and they are all "BLACK" women with wavy or curly hair!! We come in different tones with different hair textures if we are mixed!! We will always be considered women of color if one of our parents are "Black". THANK YOU Mrs Obama for doing this.Because of YOU I got my treadmill a LOT fast than I was planning on buying it. as for Halle;both she and Nahla seem incredibly happy and peaceful in each others company. Halle has type 2 diabetes and you better believe she'll have Nahla checked for Juvenile Diabetes as well. I bet with her pediatrician Nahla is eating the RIGHT kind of food and probably it's SUGAR-FREE lollipop. As for Nahla's hair;it's fine.She's biracial and has curly hair which don't need to be brushed out or combed down or add any CHEMICALS in them. No wonder black women have such hair loss too much sh!t in the hair is destroying it.LEAVE Nahla's hair NATURAL and CHEMICAL-FREE!

Keep it real I have no issue at all with Halle. Her child looks white, nothing wrong with that. Except in Halle's mind where black people look like Nahla. Nahla's hair dosen't even give a clue to her mother's heritage. And since you must know I'm undecided on who I get the most love from, black men or white men. I'd say it's a tie :)

Is it me or does there seem

Is it me or does there seem to be a post about Halle and/or Nahla every darn day. I really like Halle and admire the fact that she's a Hollywood mom actually raising her daughter, but I'm so tired of seeing them at teh playground, beach and grocery store. There has to be toher parents you can give some attention too. I feel like I see more pics of Nahla than my own nieces and nephew!

Nahla is adorable, that being said Halle is completely delusional. I read in a recent edition of Ebony that she considers her daughter black. It's one thing for Halle to identify with her black father because that is who she favors in appearance. That is normal. Nahla looks like a little white girl, usually the hair or skin tone is the giveaway on mixed kids. Halle is lying to herself, Nahla will not identify with black women because she does not look like one. Nothing about that child reveals her black heritage, not even slight tan, that is the exact shade most white children turn in the summer time.
