According to a new report released by Forbes,  Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry are among the top Hollywood movers and shakers based on a new set of criteria including money, tv/radio appeal and social networking.

In a new list of the most powerful and influential power players in pop culture called the Celebrity 100, Forbes magazine ranks Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey as the most powerful folks in showbiz.

The magazine breaks it down into five categories:  (social and web presence, press, tv/radio and money).  "Lady Gaga ranks first in “social” and “web,” second in “press,” third in “TV/radio” and eighth in “money. Oprah was tops in money and TV/radio."

Lady Gaga rose to the top because she earned $90 million in the past year, has amassed 32 million Facebook fans and 9.5 million Twitter followers. But Oprah Winfrey has topped the list four times, including last year, earned $290 million so.....being number two during the year she ends her show isn't too shabby.
 

Other YBF celebs in the top ten are Tiger Woods and LeBron James.  But when you just look at pocket books, Tyler Perry made a very respectable $130 million.  

Elsewhere on the list were: Venus and Serena Williams, Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z, Diddy, Lil' Wayne, Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West, Dwight Howard, Derek Jeter, Will Smith, Usher, Dwyane Wade, The Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, and Eva Longoria.
