Newlywed Tamera Mowry was spotted lunching with former co-star Jackee Harry at Villa Blanca in Beverly Hills, CA.

Tamera looked fab in her leather boots, ripped jeans and an off-the-shoulder blouse.

YBF chic Raven Symone returns to television this summer starring in ABC Family's "State Of Georgia" sitcom. The show will premiere on June 29 at 8:30/7:30C.

Awe, I love this post. My FAVORITE classy comedian/sitcom stars. Back in the VHS days my mother SERIOUSLY recorded EVERY SINGLE EPISODE of sister sister and smart guy, and paused out the commercials. It was that serious and we still watch it during vacation months. The 90's was a good decade for BLACK ENTERTAINMENT.

Because people in LA wear what they want to wear...when they want to wear it. It's not that hot in LA....believe it or not. It can get downright cold during months where it is hot as fish grease in many places. Worry about what people are doing in the south where there are about a million rules about when and where to wear the clothing in your own personal closet. I am from LA and now live in DC and have never dealt with as many "rules" as these folks here have...

You obviously live in the south. In New York we are having fall weather, still. In Cali it's not warm all over. The closer you are to the beach the cooler. Also, people wear motor boots with shorts all over. It's personal preference.
