Sounds like Nicole Scherzinger needs to have a little sit-down with dad. Because she is denying the reports--that her father gave himself--that she and boyfriend of 4 years Lewis Hamilton are engaged. Deets on that, plus Nick Cannon working out his version of "Booty Wurk" inside....

After reports broke yesterday that "X-Factor" judge and Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger got engaged to her racecar driver boyfriend Lewis Hamilton, she took to twitter to clear it up:

'Lewis and I woke up this morning and read we were engaged! Sorry to disappoint u all but its not true:)'

Interesting since her own father, Alfonso Valiente, spilled the beans in an interview.  Even gave details about how great of a guy lewis is and how they don't let their 7-year age difference get in the way of their relationship.  He said:

'You know about the proposal? Yes they are engaged.'

He then added: 'My future son-in-law is a really nice guy, really down-to-earth. My family all like him. The good spirit is there.'

'He is sincere and he and my daughter seem genuinely happy together, Lewis is a really good guy.'

'When they came to visit, we hired them a Jeep because he had never driven one before.'

'I have always seen them as a match. I don't think age matters when you have energy and a connection like they do.'

Hmmmm.  Something's off here.  But either way, Nicole and Lewis are just chillin' in L.A. for now.

The radio host threw on his daisey dukes and joined his staff at NY's 92.3's "Rolling With Nick Cannon" show in an office made vid of T-Pain's song.  And the folks over at Rap-Up grabbed some video.  Ha!
