"X-Factor" judge Kelly Rowland was spotted at Heathrow Airport yesterday. See the pics of her inside and find out what a producer said about her hit "Motivation."

Kelly Rowland was spotted at Heathrow Airport yesterday where the R&B starlet is making headline news as a judge on "X-Factor" in the UK.

Also, eyebrows were raised recently when one of Beyonce's producers dissed Kelly's "Motivation" record via Twitter.

Jeff Bhasker, a Grammy-winning producer who's worked with Beyonce, Jay-Z and Alicia Keys, recently tweeted,

“How can this kr song with the weakest beat and melody of all time be the #1 song on urban!? Oh yeah. Wayne.”

And he didn't stop there. He put out a second tweet saying,

“I just listened to Motivation again to see if I was to harsh in my critique. I wasn’t. The lyrics are horrid as well."

Well....he didn't exactly insult Kelly's singing. It seems like his critiques insult the producer of "Motivation" more than Kelly.

But still...stans got upset that someone from Beyonce's side of the fence lashed out at Kelly. SMH...we need the behind-the-scenes folk to play nice.
