Hayley Marie Norman, who's appeared on "Deal Or No Deal" holding briefcase #25, was arrested recently for sending "mean girl" messages to her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend and she might have even vandalized the chick's apartment!  Deets inside....

Hayley Marie Norman, who appeared in Will Smith's Hancock film, turned herself in to LAPD on Friday after her ex-boyfriend's new chick told authorities that Hayley sent her a text message that said, "You're a f**king c**t."

But it gets worse.....the new chick also said someone vandalized the outside of her apartment writing messages like "This girl sucks d**ks for free" and "This girl is a f**king c**t."

So Hayley turned herself in on Friday and was booked on the misdemeanor charge of making obscene or threatening phone calls.  So far, the jury is still out as to whether she will be charged with vandalism too.  Damn....Hayley goes hardcore with this ish.

Hayley was released a few hours later and hasn't spoken out about the charges publicly.  A woman scorned (or just uber jealous) aint nothin' to play with...
