Solange & June Ambrose Kick It At Macy's I.N.C. Event + Selita Ebanks And Maxwell Partying In NYC

Last night, Solange Knowles, June Ambrose and Genevieve Jones were among the celebs who attended the INC International Concepts party at Macy's last night. Also, Selita Ebanks and Maxwell attended Noah Tepperberg's birthday party. See the pics inside....

Last night, Anna Dello Russo, the INC Editor-at-Large, hosted a party for INC International Concepts At Macy's in the Openhouse Gallery.

Solange brought her little mini-me, Juelz, to the event with her. ute color contrast with her outfit.

While there, she and Juelz posed with jewelry designer and socialite Genevieve Jones.

Cute look.

And June Ambrose, another fab chick known for her style, hit up the party in this white frock and gold Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte shoes.

June recently announced that, in addition to her own line of turbans, she will soon launch her own website called Juniverse.

Also in NYC................

Selita Ebanks (wearing The Row) partied with Maxwell at Noah Tepperberg’s Birthday Bash at TAO & LAVO NYC.

She kicked it with Andre Harrell and Todd English.

And Maxwell was there too. Seems like he's everywhere Selita is these days....

June Ambrose over the years has worked with, Dave Matthews Band, Enrique Eglesis, Kelly Ripa, Zoe Zaldana, Kim Catrall, Mariah Carey, Mary J Blige, Jennifer Lopez, Alicia Keys, Jay Z, P Diddy, Busta Rhymes, Missy Elliott, Neyo, R Kelly, Nas, Lauren Hill, Fantasia, Ruben Studddard, Luther Vandross (RIP), Tupac (RIP),Ciara, the list goes on and on. June has designed for most if not all of these clients, as well as styled them for music videos, photo shoots, red carpet event and tours. June costume designed the movie "Belly" for Hype Williams, if you are familiar with HYPE Williams and his work, then your familiar with June Ambrose's work. June has 20 years in the business as a designer and a fashion stylist, June is also a published author. You can love her or hate her, but the fact of the matter is you will be hard pressed to find someone who has contributed as much as June has to both the music and fashion industry. It's very easy to sit behind a computer and hate on people, try going out in the real world and accomplish 25% of what she has. I know this as I have been a successful stylist for 10 years and all though I'm successful, I'm no where near the body of work that June has, in our world June Ambrose is a legend period.

To the previous poster,it is not a matter of me having too much time on my hands. It is merely a matter of being smart enough to observe things and notice and recognize a pattern when I see one. The fact of the matter is that with all of the pics that we see of Beyonce and all the pics we see of Solange Knowles,and if we were to compare the two side by side you would clearly see as I do in addition to all the interviews that Bee does where she mentions her nephew and all that they do together that we see far more of this kid with his aunt Beyonce',his grandma Tina and his grandfather Matthew. Furthermore,if Solange Knowles now allegedly lives in Los Angeles with HER son,then why in the blue hell do we see Beyonce' in SEVERAL interviews talking about how she loves to pick her baby and only nephew Daniel up from school on a regular basis and she Beyonce' lives in New York which according to my calculations is 3,000 miles apart and away from where Solange claims she and her son live in L.A.? If Solange has custody of her son and it is not in the hands of her parents and her sister then why she can't pick up her child from school? In addition,to the issue of Solange and her notorious partying and the shameful defense of it by others on this board with ignorant remarks like ''well the parties are at night so the kids are in bed by then'' as if that somehow matters and makes it okay for a grown woman with a child who is NOT an adult to adbicate her responsiblities as a parent to her child and in this case her son,by dumping the kid off on her parents and her sister while she hits the club with all deliberate speed just so she can shake her groove thing when she Solange Knowles as wel as any other parent who pulls this crap should have their ass at home with their child is both ridiculous and deplorable and speaks volumes about the ''there's no such thing as right and wrong,anything-goes mentality'' and chaotic state of our society and the perilous straits our children are in America today. This is just an observation made by a man who bothers to read between the lines,put two and two together and look at the facts. Enough Said...

You are somewhat correct because, I have never been impressed with material things, I am not materialistic or into expensive labels. I just am myself so I was not aware that mixing patterns and colors was done on purpose. I used to wonder what was wrong with Sarah Jessica Parker when she did it on Sex In The City. Now I know and I'm so glad because I always thought the person was color blind or a little off mentally. And no, it doesn't have to match to the T but, it should right or the colors should at least comploment each other IMO which Solo's outfit is not achieving that but, that's just my opinion and, we asll have them so, no big whoop lol. If you like that color blind look, have at it and I'll keep not liking it.

You claim to be some fashionista who knows all about architecture, interior design, style, and also natural hair? Boo, get your facts straight. This post has nothing to do with Angela Simmons, however anyone actually wearing their hair in its natural state will know that if a person wears their hair in a sew in but still takes care of it, it is absolutely possible for their hair to grow as long as Angela Simmons' is... In just 9 months, my natural hair went from a short afro after I cut it off to shoulder length. Stop talking what you don't know. I wish you would just shut up!

Are you being serious? A "Natural" is a term that people use (I did not invent the term) for people who wear their hair "Naturally". Are you really being serious with that comment? LOL And yes I study interior design, I love fashion, and I have natural hair in that I don't process it or have extensions but it's nothing like Solange's hair and it's long. What is the problem? And the reason I mentioned Angela Simmons is that YBF had an earlier post about how Angela also had a "Natural" and I wanted to point out A. Angela Simmons does not have a Natural (or wear her hair naturally or even have long hair for that matter. I was using Solo as an example of a woman who is wearing her own hair naturally. So please try and keep up with what is being said and why. And while I'm gald to hear about your hair length what does that have to do with anything? And I wish you would learn to express yourself better. If you don't like a comment you don't have to respond to it or read it for that matter.

Not "a natural" pay attention to what's in quotation marks. I pointed out the growth I experienced wearing my hair naturally to illustrate how quickly natural hair grows and to discredit your belief that Angela Simmons hair isn't real, perhaps because it's long... I have no problem expressing myself honey. I think I expressed myself quite articulately. Oh my goodness is Maxwell sick?! He looks like he's ill. I hope he's ok. Solange looks REALLY pretty in these pics. I'm not into the color blocking thing especially with the print shoes she chose to match it with but hey...that's Solange! I'm glad y'all did the close up of June Ambrose's turban when I first saw the pic I thought it was some one trying to bring back the big up do's from the 90s. I like her dress but her shoes look tacky. Expensive doesn't always mean stylish or chic.
