BABY MAMA DRAMA: T.O.'s Baby Mama Wants Him Sent To Jail Over CHILD SUPPORT

Footballer and reality tv star, Terrell Owens, who's already a "Baby Daddy" several times over, is two months late on child support payments to one of his baby mamas...and she wants him tossed in jail. Deets inside.....

Melanie Paige Smith, who has a 5-year-old daughter with Terrell Owens, has filed a petition begging a Fulton County Superior Court judge to toss the deadbeat in jail.

According to her Melanie's lawyer, Randy Kessler, Terrell is two months late on his payments and didn't pay for June and July until August.

Why? Well.....T.O. says the NFL Lockout has drastically decreased his income (estimated to have PREVIOUSLY been $666K a month) and NOW he can only afford $2500 a month.

However, Melanie was not interested in taking a cut in her payments so she threatened to go public.

And at that point, Randy says Terrell reached out to Melanie.

"He texted her and said she could speak to the media, he didn't care," Kessler said. "So she has."

Now a judge will decide if T.O. may need to film his reality show's reunion episode behind bars, or if he will just pay up the money and focus his attentions back on Mo, Kita, whoever is his chick of the moment.

Wow reading some of these post and a lot of people throwing they 2cents...fact is 2500 is more then enuff...my mother raised me into a good christian man and always kept food on the table and a roof over my head as a single mother...and she didnt get child supp....she worked hard and showed me love thats all i needed...so all u ladies making excusses for yaself or TO baby moms go get a glue...God was my father and he didnt let us down and still hasnt...and i dont think for those who say u never seen him with his kids let me ask u this..do u know the family personaly and also how offten do u see the kid period lol..get real folks

He won't go to jail, he isn't even in contempt of court until 3 months. I have been through it. Once he is 3 months behind she can file contempt. All they do is go to court and he has to explain to the judge why he hasn't paid. They will not put him in jail just for 2 months. She needs to get her lazy azz up and get a job and stop trying to depend on him for income.

When your income is reduced, usually the child support amount is reduced. $2500 is a decint amount to take care of a child. Hopefully, she's working so she can contribute as well.

Everyone on this blog is such haters and don't know jack about this man's life fully and what to provide an opinion. If you watched the show, you would see how he said money was stolen and he is spending more than what he is bringing in. T.O. seems like a smart man and he is trying to figure some things out and all his baby mommas are concern is that check and if it's shorten, they butts will have to hit the employment line. Yes, T.O. seems to have a lot of issues, it's not excuse, but when you were not taught certain things or you didn't have both your parents in your life, you can't be what you don't know. No matter how much you try and it seems like T.O. really wants to be there for his children, but actually he doesnt' have the tools and his is truly lose. I pray that he is still going to counseling where he can get the help he needs to be the man I know that God has created him to be. The fact is there was a lock out and his income was drastically reduced and non exsistent for a few months. It doesn't matter if you make 600 a month or 6000 a month. The man planned his financial future with having a steady income coming in every month. How many of you would be able to keep up with your finance if you lost your job? Clearly, a lot of you wouldn't because millions of Americans are in foreclosure and late on bills. It's the world we live in. He is not excused from that. He said he can now only afford 2500 a month. Shoot. That's better than zero. I'm sure he's made adjustments in his life. And his CHILD will have to also. Just like you would if your caretaker suddenly took a pay cut.

Its to many wonder women on this site. First off, taking care of a child is a job. It requires a lot of work,if you are a good parent. It requires time and of course money. Its not easy to work and take care of a child completely in fact its not possible. U are at work more than you are at home so how much time do you really give your kid. Even when it starts school, chances are, when its time for them to get out you are still at work being super women cuz society has brainwashed you to think that if you choose to stay at home and take care of your children you are nobody.....this is a very sad pattern the world has taken on and regardless if she was married to him or not there still is a child involved and that's the key focus and yes she has every right to demand her money from him because the child lives with her. He sees it when he feels like it. I don't think he should go to jail just yet but she does need to threaten him so he will remember that he does have a responsibility point blank. He made that bed so now you have to lay in it and most of the time women do really care for the man.....its not as many "goldiggers" out there like people want to say, its just an excuse not to take care of the responsibility U created.

I am not sure if this is his 1st time being late on his payments since the child was born but if this is, she can let it pass this time, he paid. $2500 a month is still a lot for a child. A lot of people make $2500 a month and can still pay their bills and take take of more than one child. I have to respond to this.... One of his daughters (I will not say which one, is my cousin). Her mother did NOT deliberately get pregnant. She has TWO degrees and was making a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money before having her daughter with him. No woman can "TRICK" a man into having a baby. They were both two consenting adults who got together and did not use protection. HE (at his own will) put his daughter in her..... it takes two.... TWO to make a baby. I don't understand nor do I want to. Child support is suppose to support the child. Buy their food, clothes, school items etc. It is NOT an extra income for the mother OR father receiving. It's women out her not getting $60/month and this broad has the audacity to complain she didn't get $666,000 for the past 2 months??? Is she serious? I don't care how "frustrated" a mother is, especially in this case where he has been paying child support finanical support DOES NOT raise a child. For some reason, some people think that's all a child needs. At the end of the day every child needs their mother & father and him going to jail for being behind 2 months is ridiculous. I would bet this is the same type of women hollering she's independent and is the world's greatest mom. :-| However, the world greatest mom takes care of her child and knows no matter how much she hates the father of her child as a person, it is important to allow that man in the child's life especially when they care enough to be involved. And independent? If she were independent, in which I'm sure she claims, then she wouldn't have her hand out. She'd be handling her business without it. My opinion because I do it daily.
