After blowing his oppurtnity to get out of jail a week ago...T.I. was released again today into a halfway house.

Deets inside on Mr. Harris' newfound freedom....

We assume there was no entourage...or reality show cameras...present this time T.I. release.

Clifford Harris got his walking papers today to get OUT of an Arkansas federal prison in into an Atlanta halfway house.

T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told TMZ:

"We have good reason to believe that this favorable result was reached because of the proactive and assertive approach taken to protect T.I.'s rights by providing B.O.P. officials and the media with reliable and accurate information and that T.I. did not intend to violate his transfer furlough or any other B.O.P. rules en route from the prison facility in Arkansas to the halfway house in Atlanta.

T.I. will be released from custody on Sept. 29, and then will be supervised by the U.S. Probation Office for a period of 1 year."

Make it work T.I.P.

All I have to say is...please

All I have to say is...please stay OUT of prison...in no way is it a good look when you are a father with major responsibilities. If you know who like to get loose, get loose in the comfort of your own home..even a hotel room is taking it to far... do your dirt where your business will remain your business...doing drugs in a speeding car only increases your chances of getting pulled over and arrested...also if you have to own guns, place them in your security house, where you do not live because you are already a felon. Follow the laws and be a good example for your kids, so that they do not have any reason to follow in your footsteps...do not say, do as I say and not as i do, because that will only make you a hypocrite and them instant criminals....peace love and blessings to you and continued success in your professional endeavors!!!!

people, T.I. wasn't put back

people, T.I. wasn't put back in jail last week because he left on a tour bus. He had cameras following him, cameras that could potentially show the name/address of the half-way house, which would be a breach of security on behalf of the others that stayed there. And he wasn't put back in jail, per se, just held while arrangements were made for him to be securely taken to a halfway house.

Having T.I. in a supposedly clandestine half-way house is the ABSOLUTELY dumbest way to keep a secret. Essentially, in so many words: "The Feds are doing T.I. dirty"!! They KNEW he was leaving via tour bus. TMZ even pictured him being escorted TO THE BUS by said Prison Guards. Then it was "Oh, but your agent/staff was on the bus, and you were discussing business." Which to me makes absolutely NOT the slightest bit of sense!! Isn't HE supposed to make a living? Isn't he THEN "contributing to society"; at the least then, with HIS taxes?
