I see this get-a-stupid-tattoo craze is still alive and well. A stan of "Top Model" winner/"Hair Battle Spectacular" host Eva Marcille just proved how worthy they are of her standom.

I don't know, but he may have gotten it not because he's a fan of Eva, but probably because he sees the art in the pose. Many people get pictures of Betty Boop and other iconic figures, not necessarily because they are personal fans, but because they see something artistic or can relate some how personally to what the picture represents.
