In their new ballad, made perfectly for newlyweds, NY Times bestselling author Tyrese and Brandy sing to each other about “The Rest of Our Lives.” 

The song will appear on Tyrese's upcoming album Open Invitation, due November 1.

I like this version and the

I like this version and the one with Melanie Feona but I have to say that the version with brandy is slightly better because her and tyrese's voices blend very well together. This is a great song! It's nice to hear good love songs and any one who has been in a grown committed long term relationship or married can relate to the lyrics in this song.

This song is very MATURE with an OLD SKOOL swag... Some of you younginz might not feel it, but a mature sister like me is loving it. No "I bet the neighbors know my name" STUPID ISH or Birthday Sex FOOLISHNESS. This is a true love song. Damn I miss real love songs. I'm so tired of listening to that booty shakin, pop that thang, Bussy Baby music in slow motion. JODECI, SWV, please make a come back. At times like this I really miss Aliyah and TLC.

Those who say there's no

Those who say there's no melodic structure don't know music. The time stop in the chorus, grace notes, and harmonies are beautiful. Instant classic. Definitely not typical drab R&B. And a PG positive message. Brandy has a rich rapines to her voice that is distinct. Fiona sounds more typical and standard. Love this.
