Tatyana Ali Names Her Fab Top 5 YBF Chicks Who ROCK!

Tatyana Ali is one of our fave YBF chicks who loves to keep it positive and isn't shy about supporting other fab ladies in the game.  So ahead of next month's Black Girls Rock! Awards, she revealed to us who's in her Fab Top 5.

We caught up with 32-year-old actress Tatyana Ali, in a fab Alberto Makali mirror designed dress, at the recent Chevy-sponsored Black Girls Rock! concert at S.O.B.'s in NYC.  And the "Love That Girl" (TV One) star dished on which fab chicks, including herself, she hearts and admires.

The Black Girls Rock! honoree tells TheYBF.com that her younger sis (pictured above) Anastasia Ali, who serves as co-producer of "Love That Girl" and co-owner of their production company, Hazrah Entertainment, is indeed a black girl who rocks. 

She showed love for her fellow actresses like Regina King, who she named as well.  And named Zoe Saldana saying, "She just kicked BUTT in her last movie [Columbiana]."  She also named current U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Regina Benjamin to round out her Fab Top 5. 

And when asked why SHE rocks herself....Tatyana got bashful and giggly but still answered, "I rock...because I'm tender."

The child-star-to-adult-star also revealed what she feels the message behind Black Girls Rock! is: "It means power, it means integrity, it means self-love."

And we def agree.

I know she dates white men (Jonathan Brandis was her ex-bf), but I've seen her out in person & she looks HARD. She has not aged well at all. If she is hetero, clearly, dating outside of her race hasn't gotten her to the altar any faster than any other sista. *sigh*
