MOVIE FAB: Kerry Washington Lands Another Job....With Jamie Foxx In "Django Unchained"

Gorgeous actress Kerry Washington will reunite with her former "husband" Jaime Foxx in the new Quentin Tarantino flick Django Unchained. Get the deets inside....

Former Ray co-stars Jaime Foxx and Kerry Washington will reunite to play husband and wife once again in the new Quentin Tarantino directed flick, Django Unchained.

We told you earlier about the controversial film where Jaime will play Django, a freed slave who sets out to free his wife, Broomhilda (played by Kerry) from her oppressive master Calvin Candie, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.

In addition to Django Unchained (which hits the movies on Dec. 25, 2012), Kerry will soon hit the big screen with Eddie Murphy in A Thousand Words. And she's also going to be one of few, if any, leading black actresses on network tv when her new Shonda Rhimes-created-show "Scandal" hits ABC next year.

I knew it, QTT is crazy. This movie is going to be horrible, QTT is going to show black women being brutally raped and black men beaten and slaughter like animals. Why Quentin Why? We have a black President in office why degrade the image of greatness with the images of powerlessness. I think he could have chose a better story to tell.

What many of you don't know

What many of you don't know is that KERRY WASHINGTON WILL BE NUDE!!!!!!!!!! There is a particular scene where a WHITE MAN (SLAVE Master) rapes her & chases her in a hallway and captures, torture and abuse her mentally & physically. Sigh...at people who think

Sigh...at people who think that playing a slave is somehow debasing. Your sense of dignity is not -- or least should not be -- tied to your station in life or your job. I learned some of the most valuable lessons about self-esteem and carrying myself well from people with domestic jobs (cafeteria ladies, custodians, etc.), although "The Help" got so much flack for portraying black women in the roles of maids. That's about as ignorant as calling someone an Uncle Tom, when the fact is that Uncle Tom was killed for DEFYING his master. SMH. Some people really need to pick up a book/look at life instead of thumbing their nose at the superficial.

I can't wait for this to come

I can't wait for this to come out- this and the George Lucas black fighter pilot movie. I love Tarantino films. I think Idris Elba was up for the Django role at one point, bit it'll be interesting to see what Jamie does with it. For all of those saying criticizing the slave roles- slavery is our history. Embrace it and use it. Our enslavement should be our daily motivation.

I like Kerry she's beautiful and talented. Looking forward to her Shondra Rimes show. Im sure the luv scenes in the QTT movie won't be romantic she will probably he brutallyraped. QTT is making a slave movie which i hate, he is not a romantic comedy.

Can't wait to see the movie

Can't wait to see the movie and t.v. show. Kerry is very underrated and overlooked by both black and white Hollywood. She has serious acting chops. Check out Life Is Hot In Crackdown for her portrayal of a MALE transexual and The Dead Girl for her portrayal of a druggie prostitute. Mesmerizing in both. The right role SHOULD land her an Oscar nomination. Go Kerry!!!!
