Keri Hilson, Mashonda, Estelle, & More Hit The 3rd Annual WEEN Awards

Keri Hilson donned a sexy pink, blue, and orange fitted dress for last night's 3rd Annual Women In Entertainment Empowerment Network (WEEN) Awards. Miss Keri and other fab women came out to celebrate at the NYC Samsung Experience Space located inside the Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle.

The event honors outstanding individuals for their proven commitment to the empowerment of women worldwide. All proceeds benefit WEEN's educational programming for young women.

Honorees Keri and Radio Personality Egypt posed for pics inside.

Mashonda rocked this interesting black revealing long-sleeved cut-out dress.

WEEN's co-founder Valeisha Butterfield-Jones posed on the pink carpet with her new hubby Dhantay Jones of the Indiana Pacers:

Honoree Estelle rocked this uber cute soft yellow printed jumper while accepting her award.

Melyssa Ford was there to support.

Keri was spotte din the audience with Janelle Snowden.

DJ KISS hit the 1's and 2's.

Rapper/TV Personality Amanda Seales was there as well.

Sylvia Rhone and Executive Producer of "Love & Hop Hop" Mona Scott-Young were there to support the ladies.

Honoree Jennifer Yu, Director of Communications for Moet Hennessy, snapped pics with WEEN co-founder Valeisha and Kristi Henderson.

Estelle kicked it with DJ Fadelf.

Alesha Renee hit the stage.

And so did Honoree and Billboard Magazine Editor-In-Chief Danyel Smith.

A few things: 1.) Miss Keri Baby just doesn't do it for me. She doesn't have that star quality. 2.) Mashonda is a lovely beautiful woman. She really is. But as many of you have already stated, she's doing too much at this event and on a regular basis. I personally think it has something to do with the Swizz and AK situation. When my boyfriend cheated on me in the worse way last year I was always wearing and doing sexy stuff. In hindsight, it's a way to feel validated after horrible betrayal. But in the end it's not about sex. It's about the man. Anyways... She looks good. Just overcompensating a bit. 3.) Is it ok if I say, Estelle just isn't attractive? 4.) . I honestly dont think celebs care about these post. We give to much time to this stuff. Mashonda is fine and seems to be living a great life and Alicia has been dealing with her life as well. I dont understand the victim part though. I think that if a person commits adultery they will eventually get what they deserve. Are yall serious.. WEEN is about womens empowerment not bashing women.. Mashonda has been a part of WEEN since the beginning. She was there last night supporting the cause.
