"Basketball Wives" chick Evelyn Lozada rocked a short and glittery dress with a touch of sheer to her birthday festivities Sunday night in Miami. But singer Teairra Mari rocked the exact same dress just last week.

Decide who rocked it best inside....

Evelyn celebrated her 36th birthday all weekend in Miami. And at Fontainebleau and b-day dinner at Prime 112 this past Sunday night, she made sure she glittered for the occasion in a silver sparkle and sheer minidress by Jovani. And she paired it with nude tights and nude maryjane pumps with a high bun in her hair.

But just last week, "U Did That" singer Teairra Mari wore the same Jovani dress to her homie Rico Love's birthday bash also in Miami. She wore her hair down and paired the dress with nude pumps.

So...

I think Evelyn ran it. Although I dont like the stockings her shoes match her skin tone. I've seen the dress and it does have stones the color of those shoes. The dress does not match Teairra Mari's color, and the dress is supposed to fit tight and it is not meant to be short. Also the hair pulled up in a bun, makes her look classy and the dress pops out. That is all!
