NEW MUSIC FAB: SWV RELEASES "Co-Sign" & Talk EXCLUSIVELY About The Track

SWV has released their first studio single in 15 years, "Co-Sign," and we have it for you inside.....

It's been 15 years too long, but SWV is back with their Cainon Lamb-produced track "Co-Sign."

The midtempo beat does take you back to the 90s.....when R&B girl groups ruled! And the ladies are sounding as lovely as ever....

And while discussing the tune, Coko exclusively told TheYBF.com,

Ok so we're so excited to be back on the scene after a long hiatus. The song was written & produced by Lamb. We loved the song the 1st time we heard it & we're extra happy about the positive responses we've been receiving about the song. We'll be shooting a video real soon!

I agree that the music I grew

I agree that the music I grew up to; SWV, Jodeci, 112, Tupac, Biggie, etc is no comparison to the garbage out today (with the exception of Adele) but isn't that what our parents used to tell us? That the music we listened to was garbage? Every generation is different and you have to accept that times change and music evolves. If you were not here in the 90's then I would't expect you to appreciate 90's music. Maybe as you grow older and learn to like different sounds, just like I now listen to Anita Baker, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations etc. But I wouldn't listen to that music as a teenager.

I loved it! I feel so sorry for the younger generation who have no CLUE on what good music is. The 90's were an era where R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Pop were at it's best. We had SWV, Escape, TLC, EnVogue, Jodeci, Dru Hill, 112, and not to mention getting to enjoy Tupac and Biggie Smalls when they were still alive. We experienced all that. What the fuck kids listen to now? Soulja Boy? New Boyz? Travis Porter? Hahahahahaha! GARBAGE!!
