OH SNAP: Rihanna Claps Back At Racist Dutch Magazine Editor For "N*GGAB*TCH" Comment

Y'all knew it was only a matter of time before Rihanna responded to the pure f*ckery that is the recent Dutch magazine article calling her and generally all black women a "N*GGAB*TCH."  And she didn't disappoint.

Check out the "We Found Love" singer's words to the unwise inside....

When Dutch magazine editor, Eva Hoeke, allowed for her Jackie magazine to print an article with one of the most disrespectful titles possible in reference black women, she must have known she would catch global backlash.  And she did.

So since she used singer Rihanna as her basis for the disrespectful terminology, which she apologized for later and ignorantly said it was meant as a "joke," Rihanna took it upon herself to respond.  She tweeted:

@evajackie I hope u can read english, because your magazine is a poor representation of the evolution of human rights! I find you disrespectful, and rather desperate!! You ran out of legit, civilized information to print! There are 1000's of Dutch girls who would love to be recognized for their contributions to your country, you could have given them an article. Instead, u paid to print one degrading an entire race! That's your contribution to this world! To encourage segregation, to mislead the future leaders to act in the past! You put two words together,
with the intent of abasement, that made no sense..."***** BITCH"?!....

Well with all respect, on behalf of my race, here are my two words for you...FUCK YOU!!!

Quick....somebody come tap me on my shoulder before I become a full fledged Rih Rih fan and crown this chick Twitter Queen of 2011.

NIGGER: ADJ 1. an ignorant ,

NIGGER: ADJ 1. an ignorant , uneducated person 2. one that lacks social or civil skills BITCH: Noun 1. A female dog in heat It is a racist article by far....and no one deserves to be put on such public display like that. I'm not a cheerleader for this female nor a hater. I'm entitled to my thoughts. I don't condone the article yet, the image of this public figure is not of a noble woman. Alot of ignorant people think her comment was something big, again another nobody becomes somebody overnight by attacking a known public figure. Ya'll are being played to fuel this nonsense. Also a derogatory term in any language is exactly what it is in any tongue. No means no in any language. Look at Queen Ifrica can you even say b---- in the same breath as her? I empathise with my African women whom know who they really are.........Rihanna was called out of her name , but not out of her character .

I'll keep my point simple.

I'll keep my point simple. Anyone that didn't see how racially motivated the comments in this article were is an idiot. It went beyond a personal attack on Rhianna and mocked ssuggested that young girls listening to urban music were likely to become violent bullies and dress like "ghetto" girls. I do really like Rhianna but even if I was her biggest hater, I'd still see the fuckery in this. I'm pleased that Rhianna not only responded, but shr stayed true to her personality and told the racist skank to f*** off. To the annon commentator suggesting that she didn't write this - thanks for your useless input. As far as I'm concerned, even if her PA wrote it and Rhi hasn't even read it, the points made in the statement highlihht how I as a black woman felt about that article.

Actual there's no difference

Actual there's no difference in what you call yourself and what others call you. People treat you the way you treat yourself. Rihanna chose to wear a necklace labeled "cunt" (http://tinyurl.com/83zenv7) and has displayed herself in appalling ways through her music. It's really no surprise that this happened, when you really think about it. The Dutch have a history of being vile and disgusting humans. It just seems that Rihanna's self-treatment aligned with this Dutch magazine's inhumane behavior. It's all science.

Rihanna is a fucking piece of shit! Check her Twitter and see how many times she says the N word. Dumb bitch.

I agree wholeheartedly with

I agree wholeheartedly with what Rhianna said, but I have one problem. She used the lyric nigga on the song "Man Down." The line goes "Why did I have to pull a trigger? boom! and it a nigga life soon" Nigga could have been substituted with any word relating to a man or person, but the writers chose nigga because it gave the song street cred even though it is bleeped out on the radio. I like the song but found the use of the nigga word not needed and catering to the lowest denominator in black culture. Until we stop using and calling ourselves that, then how can you get upset for white culture for referring to us as nigga. The song was fine without it. I use the words with my black friends and never speak it around other folk. I don't have white friends but I wouldn't say it around them if I did. If they would use nigga it would be a fight. Until we do better we can't ask white folks to do better.

Rihanna wears a gold necklace

Rihanna wears a gold necklace around her neck that says CUNT. She wears it all the time and I even saw it in photos when she took her younger brother shopping. So I'm a bit confused why she's offended by someone calling her a N!GGA and B!TCH. Are they more offensive than CUNT??

Cunt is not a demeaning word

Cunt is not a demeaning word in her culture.............its similar to heffa that is use as a team of endearment but many black female here........................thats your culture lesson for today..............dont be so quick to judge!
Anonymous's picture

And you actually believe what

And you actually believe what Rihanna said is true? I am sure if you ask an elder from Barbados about the word cunt they will give you the most honest reflection of the word. I am West Indian and maybe in Rihanna's generation it is tolerable but I can attest it is a derogatory and demeaning term. So do not believe everything she says and takes it for BIBLE.
Anonymous's picture

I am also from the Caribbean

I am also from the Caribbean and i know exactly what it means and that term has been use in Barbados as a term of endearment for years................no word in popular culture started out positively so what exactly is your point.................I hear the N word and B words use freely everyday by some of our very own Caribbean natives..........You attesting to the meaning of CUNT .............should everyone reading this post take that as the truth?..............you and you penny section need to realize that people writes comments to shed light on an issue............thanks for your contributions...............but not everyone is as uneducated as you think!

Naturallllllllllly,,,,,Those

Naturallllllllllly,,,,,Those of you who hate on rihanna already is going to find it fitting for Rihanna to be called out of her name. And the nerves of many of you to bring up beyonce's name when many of the countries has told beyonce to put some clothes on in other words cover her behind up. The haters or going to hate each and everything that is Rihanna and that is understanble but its all good. This name calling black people or much bigger than rihanna is and speaks to a much larger problem. The mean spirited people or not all Dutch People there is many Racism Black right here on this message board. And to all of you saying tht Rihanna deserved to be called out if her name you or all bald faced liars. The reason that you or liars is becaue if rihanna bought this on herself your stupid cunts or saying that every female who has ever gotten raped was asking for it. Color does not see color when they or fighting a war, storm, sickness blind cripple or nutts because it can affect any one. People are taking some hard hits with their livelyhood with the way the working conditions or around the world. And you mean spirited people who don't like Rihanna in the first place let me tell you something keep talking rihanna and her beautiful careed down and keep agreeing with every tom, dick and harry who tries to dic credit rihanna. And the nerve to think that this is all right just because rihanna uses the word well guess what i can talk about a family member but i dare you too. You hateful people need to know that rihanna did what she needed to do and shes on to her other business that is at hand. Remember that the more many of you who hide in the dark and keep right on passing judgement on Rihanna know this you can not stop Rihanna career and her hard work habits or still going strong and the more you try to stick it to Rihanna the more shes going to put that kick start to you haters and your stupid way of doing things #Stay pressed Rihanna handeled this situation perfectly.

Well said!!! You jit it on th ehead when you said, I can talk about a family member but I dare someone else too...I mean I've used the N word before, not frequently, but I have in the past in speaking w/friends, but I dare somone else to say it to me, especially somone who doesn't look like me....ppl just cant stand Rhianna and that's all especailly ppl in this counrty. I think she is a beautiful young women who is still learning her way at just 23 years old. No, she's not perfect, but who is really?? I'm just soo over the Rhianna hate it's crazy the hurtful things ppl can say out of their mouths about someone they don't even know on a personal level..oh well I guess that's the world we live in. Judge not lest ye be judged!

I have read Rihanna's

I have read Rihanna's response and to be honest think it was very tame and showed she lacks power. Nigger is the most derogatory word that can be used to describe a black person; it expresses contempt for our race and has later been used to show our inferiority. If I was in Rihanna's position I would have made sure that I called that woman a racist and assured her that it was obvious to me and the world. I would have also made a point of stating that I was proud of my heritage and skin colour and no ignorant bitch will use them to insult me. I would have concluded by telling that woman not to include me in any of her publications and would have encouraged my fans to boycott that magazine, Rihanna's comments were quite tepid and show me that she is grateful to be in the spotlight and does not want to offend too many people in the media and her white fan base by being ‘uppity’. With all being said she needs to accept that she is an easy target as her team courts controversy, she does not seem very intelligent to me as she is portraying the role of a black whore and it is unfair that she is one of the few representations of black female in mainstream culture. I live in a culturally diverse area and a lot of people assume black women are easy based upon what they see in the media I have lost count of the amount of times I have to put people in their place, hopefully Rihanna and Nicki Minaj (she calls black women nappy headed hoes, sings about being white etc.) will think more carefully about their images and lyrics and how they affect young black women. Showing a lack of respect for yourself invites people to disrespect you (she wears a cunt necklace and has called herself a nigga and a bitch). Sorry for the long rant and I am not expecting everyone to agree with me but its how I feel
Anonymous's picture

I agree with you 100% These

I agree with you 100% These girls (Rihanna & Nicki Minaj) are on a hype. Nicki is just pure shit and I keep telling myself its my generation. Both of them are talent-less. Rihanna can't sing, hence she sells sex. What in the world does she expect. Get them off the radio I'm from Barbados and she sets no example, chats shit about things on the island like the word cunt. She never in a million years wrote that reply cuz she's a dumb ass. *rolling my eyes*
Brina Fab's picture

Rianna, Madonna or no other

Rianna, Madonna or no other woman should be held responsible for a popular magazine article and the publishers with all of the education they have let something like this go this far. This goes far beyond Rihanna and the person who wrote the article. This is racism at it's finest and you can't blame that on a public figure.
THETRUTH41a's picture

IMO it's b/c ppl just don't

IMO it's b/c ppl just don't like Rhianna flat out...Bey when she was Rhi's age, you couldn't pay to put clothes on her or even tame her performaces (I remember that, I pretty much grew up with D.C. and am only one year older then Bey) so I know how she was when she first came out and to be honest, she hasn't lost that 100% Bey was just as raunchy as ever, and so was Janet, raunchy but we looked at it like sexy. I mean hell Beyonce's "Video Phone" video, remember that and the lyrics?? To me, ppl choose to degregate who they want too, and Rhianna was their choice here. But, to me it's bigger then Rhi, this is flat out Racism that's all there is to it. Has nothing t do with Rhi, Bey or anthing else.
