Will YOU Rock LaLa Anthony's New Makeup Line?

Painting on the makeup to hit all the never ending red carpets looks to have paid off for LaLa Anthony. She just created her own cosmetics line through Motives, a makeup company owned by her (and Kim K.'s) good friend Loren Ridinger of Market America. Beauty lines seem to be the thing to do these days.

We usually love her dramatic makeup looks. And now that LaLa will be creating and selling her own beauty products online, you can recreate the looks for yourselves. Especially since she will be focusing on foundations and colors for "ethnic skin tones."

The VH1 "Full Court Life" star (the show returns in March) recently tweeted a pic of her range of cosmetics (above) and hinted that it was coming in 2012. Now, The Insider has revealed a few details about it:

We're told La La will have makeup available for all skin types, but her line will have a major focus on foundations to match all ethnic skin tones from light to dark. La La's emphasis on the special foundation types were made because of the lack of availability for women of color in many beauty lines.

In addition to foundation, there will also be a lip gloss line that will have around 10 different shades as well as lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, eyeshadow and shimmer.

Did VH1 hand out an operations manual to all their reality stars on when and how to put their name on a beauty company's line of products? "Basketball Wives" Evelyn Lozada, Jen Williams, and Tami Roman are also pushing out their lip color and hair weave lines as well. And I'm sure there will be more names on that list soon. Congrats to the ladies.

Her line is set to launch on the Motives/Market America website in February. So...will you be copping LaLa's cosmetics?

I've tried the Motives line

I've tried the Motives line and it's good quality, especially the eye shadows. I used to be just a Mac girl, but I use Motives and Mac now because my friend introduced me to Motives a few months ago since she sells the stuff. I've only tried Lala's mineral lip gloss so far and I like it. I'd say, just try one thing at a time and then make your own mind up. I think its a great concept.

I think its a great concept. I just hope its reasonably priced, Jennifer from BBW-Miami has a lipgloss line (Lucid Cosmetics) and the lip gloss prices start at $18.00 and Keyshia Dior has just a lipstick line thats $14.00 for abstact colors **blank stare** Queen Latifah making a nice chunk of change from endorsing CoverGirl and her QueenCollection and her stuff is reasonable and accessible. I mean where did Motive brand come from why not try and get a collection with a company already established but not branded by a celebrity like Hard Candy. I get it keep the money flowing into one pocket but Jordan had Nike before he had just Jordan as a brand. Longevity is the name of the game.

I usally don't comment on these things but I gotta just say these two things and then I am out. One I happy anyone making a line is helping with making foundations for different backgrounds becuase that is true. But two just because she is making this line doesn't mean I am going get it because the line I use now is bareminerals I been using for years they care for all types of skin and also I am so tired of celebs doing that then go and never wear there product or sign a deal with someone else wearing their product. She friends with Kim K and I know she just trying make money and just like that family they never wear what they sell so I'm not buying what ever they sell.

Go to a black dermatologist and they will inform you that MAC foundation is too heavy and your pores will not breathe, as is Black Radiance. The shadow, liners, and mascaras are sufficient though. Be careful what you put on your face ladies.
