Across the pond, it's being said that Kelly Rowland's days on "X-Factor" are numbered! Get the deets on the firing inside and find out if Janet Jackson may be heading to one of the "X-Factor" shows. Also, Nick Cannon reveals the reasons he is leaving his radio show.

Kelly Rowland should put her total focus on music again as sources say Simon Cowell and "X-Factor" execs in the UK are not happy with her. One source said,

‘Kelly has got to go. She was not right for the show. The producers didn’t like her and her commitment level wasn’t there. There’s an understanding she didn’t work on the panel.’

Hmm....perhaps Kelly could land on her feet here as a judge in the USA. But she would face stiff competition because there's another diva in the running.

In other "X-Factor" news.....

In a segment airing on Monday, Janet Jackson talked to Anderson Cooper who asked if she may be headed to "X-Factor." Janet, who was caught off guard, said, "Oh my God."

She then began to stumble all over her words (while laughing).

Janet: No I'm not a judge on The X Factor.

Anderson: "You're not currently a judge on The X Factor."

Janet: "No, I am not. But that's all I really think I should say.

Anderson: Intriguing, I will say."

Janet sure left the door open on that question. Perhaps they are still in negotiations....but this would be a good look.

And on the radio.....

Nick Cannon is quitting his New York radio show due to health issuess. In addition to suffering from mild kidney failure, he was admitted to the hospital last week for two blood clots in his lung.

He released a statement saying, “Under doctor’s orders, I have been asked to make my health first and cut back on some of my professional commitments...”

He added, “It has been an absolute pleasure working with CBS Radio and the 92.3 NOW morning show team and I would like to thank them for their unwavering support.”

Nick will continue hosting his syndicated weekend show, “Cannon’s Countdown,” and will also continue hosting NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”

Well, I kinda knew this was coming. Kelly's dayz on X-Factor was definitely numbered. To tell the truth she did a shitty job as a judge on the show. She often neglected her mentees. She'll leave them for days on end, and apparently she was a diva (funny that), especially picking arguments with the other female judge Tulisa becos she thought she was above her. Moreover, she behaved very odd on the final show. She looked as if she was a little bit under the influence. Giggling unecessarily, making uncalled for comments and such. It seemed as if she was calling to be fired. I hope she's keeping her finances well, becos that last check would have to last her the longest time before she gets another gig like X-factor or makes another hit song in another ten years.

Well I remember that not too

Well I remember that not too long ago Nick had been getting kind of buff in the chest, arms and neck area. Kevin Hart even joked about his muscles at one of the awards shows he hosted (BET, I think) That's a clear sign to me that he's been taking steroids. He was just a little scrawny thing before. Kidney failure is a well-known side effect of taking steroids. He needs to take it easy before he ends up like a lot of unfortunate athletes and guys obsessed with having unnatural muscle mass. There's nothing wrong with him just being himself, hell he's got a great family and he's rich....can't have it all. I hope he gets better.

It was reported initially that Nick was suffering from "minor kidney failure," a report which Nick later recanted. Now he had blood clots in his lungs. Whatever is ailing him, my prayers go out to him because if you don't have your health, you don't have anything. I pray that he is around to see his children grow up.

Kelly Rowland's failure: Kelly Rowland, as we were never let to forget, "enjoys a HUGE following in the U.K./Europe" - OR SO WE/SHE THOUGHT..!! God's healing on Nick. and blessings. Its understood that money does not grow on trees, and if you don't have your own, you are up a stream without a paddle! So Nick was working! With Kelly and the XFactor...Her money was not right, and those gigs do better when you keep it moving, being a judge is the same as being on stage in Vegas, its income you can count on! I agree Kelly would be good as Whitney! Gloria Devine, as Whitney's Mom, Usher as Bobby B, Yolanda Adams as Dionne W, I hate this but Kelsey Grammer as Clive. Janet fan base is so great, the Xfactor is drooling to get her and thats that!

Janet = a big ass YAWN! She lacks energy and personality. I can't imagine her being a judge when she doesn't speak above a whisper. If she is selected, she needs to project her voice LOUDER and bring some personality! Makes me sad to think that Whitney was being considered as a judge. She would have been GREAT because Whitney had that pizazz and personality! Get well Nick! I really hope his health improves. His babies and wife need him. I'm sure money is no object so let those jobs GO and take care of yourself. Kelly will go on and do something else great. Hopefully they choose her to play Whitney if they do a movie on her life. She has the statuesque look and voice to at least pull it off.

I'm not too worried about Kelly: she'll land on her feet. I just hope that the X-Factor isn't trying to slander hit, Just say she wasn't a good fit for the show--they don't have to say they 'fired' her. X-Factor is cutting everybdy, so them cutting Kelly is NOT a surprise. There were already rumors tht she wasnt getting along with the other judges Janet would be a gr8 addition to the show, but I see her being really sensitive, Like Nicole S., so she may get cut after 1yr too Nick works way too much. I think he tries to prove to the public & himself tht he can support himself. It makes no sense 4 him to have all of those jobs when Mariah can live happily off of her royalties alone. He IS his own man & doesnt need 2 prove himself 2 anyone. His comedy tour & the Nickelodeon job should be enuf

I watched the whole UK

I watched the whole UK X-Factor when Kelly was on. She didn't always choose the best songs for her category but she had lots of great ideas and genuinely supported them till the end. But her ride-a-die mentality lead her to often be very abrasive towards the other judges whenever they had a negative comment for her act. She consistently cut them off and whenever it was the reverse and the other judges would try to cut her off in the same way she hushed them. She is very strong headed but it also comes off as rude, partial and subjective. Even Simon takes it as much as he dishes. And when she called out sick for a week and called in live to speak with the show, in my opinion she sounded like she was trying to sound hoarse and sickly. But who hasn't done that before? I know I have but I was embarrassed for her especially since Louie, one of the judges, pointed out that she was relaxing at the beach a few days earlier. Surprisingly, she had a lot of personality on the show, stood up for her acts and called out many foolishness from the other judges. If any of her being fired has any truth, I could see why Simon would see her as unproductively abrasive and question her commitment level. Time will tell! Simon is smart. I think Janet would make a great Judge/mentor on X-factor. But will Janet have the time to mentor for 3 months?

Simon fired most of all the judges on Xfactor. If Kelly leaves it's bcuz she wanted to focus more on her music career. If anybody watched the UK Xfactor last year she made the show. No, she was the star of the show.

I honestly have been checking the site this morning to see if she even is goin to post the performance from B-rocka and monica. I loved when they embraced each other at the end.
