A real woman with real beauty can always acknowledge another woman's beauty without being or feeling funny about it. We're all entitled to our opinions but some people are so physically beautiful that you'd have to be a hater to not be able to see it. (ie: Halle Berry, Blair Underwood, Kenya Moore, Morris Chestnut) So I could see why someone would think YOU probably look like a mudduck for that ugly comment since "ugly is as ugly does", or in your case "says." It is really so sad that we as a people are so hateful towards one another. Whatever happened to the old notion "if you dont have anything good to say dont say anything at all?" Chili has done well for herself and that is something that should be applauded. No one is hating on Chilli, because in the real world, for people with real lives, Chilli isn't an afterthought. Clearly, folks think that selling albums or being on tv equates being successful, which is wrong. Yes, the lighting is poor.

Yes, the lighting is poor. In a lighting class I had in television I learned that it is two different approaches between lighting a black person and lighting a white person. Two entirely different approaches. This photographer did not take this into account in lighting the two subjects here; Devin Thomas and the alter ego. But what disturbs me more so than the lighting is the subliminal effects of the photograph.

I agree with you, it's "terrible, expression." In fact, I don't really care for any of its subliminal messages. It is apparent that Devin Thomas (or who ever is his personal representative) does not have a preconception of what he would like to do and what he would not like to do. Either that or just naive. In other words, Devin Thomas needed an agenda before entering the photo shoot... evidently the photographer had one.

I like Wall Street Journal

I like Wall Street Journal article about Devin Thomas, which was published prior to the Super Bowl 2012. Even posted a poem about how much I admire him. However, this "photo shoot" about an alter ego posted here on YBF is a different story... with blood on the crotch of his pants and so forth. Interestingly, right after the Super Bowl things changed... with the new girlfriend and all. And now the blood stained alter ego. But anyway... Chilli loves the spotlight... does she still sing? I wonder.
