I also tried to give it a shot but I agree that her life is not that interesting...it has nothing to do with fighting women and entertainment. I love Tia and Tamera's show and there's no fighting. This show is just boring.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion and everybody doesn't have to like everything, but I'm honestly surprised that more people don't support Lala's show. I think, in general, that Vh1 gives us so much BS A$$ ratchetness that anything else is "boring" by comparison. I'm not saying that I like every episode, but I'll support anything that shows Black women in a positive light, especially since I watch the hoodrats they promote so prominently. Lala's grinding for herself and her family without pulling weave & throwing drinks. *shrugs* I can respect it, wish more folks would do the same. Just saying.....

Boring show--beautiful family--I am pulling for them but it really doesn't look like Melo is that into his wife. I agree w/most of the comments on that for sure. And LaLa does come off more like his Mom or "buddy" instead of his spouse. Either dude is camera shy with his personal life and is only going through the motions OR he really isn't into her. It seems like he is so UNROMANTIC and that she is trying to hold on to him no matter what! Their relationship looks so forced....smh. Even in last nights episode when he came in to Kiyan's photoshoot....you'd think after being away that he'd grab his wife and give her a big hug/kiss but instead he was conversing with his "assistant" and barely paying LaLa any attention; she went over and hugged him and he barely hugged her back. Poor LaLa looks like she's craving his attention and he's not giving it to her. I have to give her an A for effort though -- taking strip lessons, sextexting, trying to reach him in between time or whatever, the girl is trying her damdest. He doesn't even answer her phone calls half the time or rushes her off the phone when he does. It's kinda sad. I'm praying for y'all.

I love the show and LaLa's ambition, she is a typical independent woman. I would never sit at home and wait on a, MAN.
