Sanna Lathan Kicks It With New "Boss" Co-Star T.I.+Drake Freestyles About Taking Weezy's Female Sloppy Seconds

T.I. & Sanaa Lathan have a new gig! The hit Starz series "Boss" will see Sanaa Lathan & T.I. joining the cast for season 2 kicking off soon. We've got pics from their cast dinner, plus Drizzy's newest freestyle making the rounds where he's open about the women he & Weezy share...

Sanaa Lathan tweeted pics from the cast dinner in Chicago last night with her "Boss" co-stars T.I. & Rotimi (above left). Rotimi has been on the show since its 2011 premiere. And it seems T.I. will be making a special guest appearance in Season 2. Sanaa will play the new obsession of Mayor Kane (played by Kelsey Grammar).

And Rotimi also recently posted a pic of he and T.I. on the set. He said, "On set, just finished up our scene together. Me, my big brother @Tip & our acting manager Brian Sher. S/o @akooclothing #Boss."

I tried to watch this show last season and just couldn't get into it. But maybe it needs another chance with these cast additions. Will you be watching?

And now that Drake has accomplished covering the STYLE BIBLE issue of GQ magazine, he spit a freestyle for the mag to celebrate as well. But it's the few lines about the women & "b*tches" and not letting them mess up your life that are raising folks eyebrows. And, unsurprisingly, he raps about being ok with taking Wayne's leftovers and them sharing women. You know...it's what besties do.

A few of the lines:

I Love Sanaa. I love to see beautiful talented actresses like Sanaa work instead of the bad untalented Gabby Union type of people working! Excellent choice for a change. Hollywood is also tired of seeing the same old bad actors as well. So the response is to look far and wide for good talented actresses. Look out American Black female actresses they are CASTING more and more Black British Female actresses . I have always loved the beautiful talented Thandie Newton she is already my #1 fav actress w/ Sanaa a close second. They are coming because they are better than the Halle Berry's and Nia Longs and Gabby Union and Taraji types of bad to average to mediocore type of acting skills. Look out for Naomie Harris who is cast in the new James Bond movie and Freema Agyeman who is cast in the Sex in the City spin off The Carrie Diaries &Gugu Mbatha-Raw is getting work as well. They could have given any of those roles to a black american actress but instead these ladies won these roles and rightfully so. We already have these good british female black actresses like: Marianne Jean- Baptist,Carmen Ejogo, Sophie Okonedo. I don't care where they are coming from just as long as they are black and can ACT. I also think we should give NEW UNKNOWN black american female actresses a chances too. The bottom line is we need to see Good Talented Black Female actresses work more in Hollywood. The more the better. It would be remissed not to mention the talented Black Female Actresses that can act that should be getting more jobs and the ones that have paved the way like: Cicely Tyson. Alfre Wooded, Pam Grier, Lynn Whitfield and the list goes on. Keep the Regina Kings, Kerri Washington's, Jill Scott and other good ones working in Hollywood!

I Totally agree with you here; Sanaa, Thandie and Gugu are talented. I think the typical roles played by Vivica, Gabrielle Union, Meagan Goode, Halle are so limited and have not evolved they remain mediocre. It's good to watch a movie with black people because we can laugh at the humor, relate but I think most african American actresses still portray one type of woman. I find Thandies acting quite superb, including other underrated, and new african american actresses. I would love to see other British or African actresses being portrayed. I think we are tired of the Baps, 2 can play, daddys girls era!

I still don't get why Drake is relevant. I knew the bullshit he spouted for 'Style Bible' was nothing but bullshit. As for his freestyle: self respecting , decent people don't rifle through garbage heaps -cockroaches do; likewise, Drake is just as big a bitch and 'ho' as the women, (things-according to him) , he dips in and shares. As the sayings go, birds of a feather flock together and you become like the company you keep. I can't imagine any truly self respecting woman settling with and for a man like this, high society gutter rats, yeah... a proper woman, i don't think so.

If you're not intellectually inclined or your idea of must-see television is "Atlanta Housewives" or "Basketball Wives", then it will definitely go over your head. You have to actually employ critical thinking skills. That being said, I'm excited to see what Sanaa and T.I's character brings to the show.

People use the word 'homewrecker' in the same sentence as Gabrielle Union. Take a good, hard look at Sanaa because Sanaa has been up under other women's husbands for years. I have NO respect for her whatsoever. It seems like every man she is pictured with, she is laying up with. Mya has been falsely labeled and her reputation has suffered as a result, yet Sanaa continues to whore her way through the industry and she still works. I know her father has to be ashamed of her. She is the elder version of Montana Fishburne with a lot more notches on her belt. Tiny better keep her good eye on Clifford, because fidelity isn't his strong suit.
