The only person to blame is

The only person to blame is Whitney herself. Nobody makes you do anything but yourself. No matter what influences you have around you, you always have the right to say NO. It's sad what happened, but Whitney Houston knew what drugs were and what they do to you the minute she started doing them. She could have easily told Bobby Brown she didn't want to do them. But she made the conscious decision herself to try it and she kept it going. She could have just said NO and left him. I don't care how much I love somebody, they will NEVER make me do drugs. These people need to stop blaming each other and admit that she was a grown woman who made very poor choices, and it cost her her own life.

First of all, these people sound illiterate, because every other word is pronounced incorrectly, or used out of context. Second, they are all tripping over their words, trying to remember their rehearsed lines. 'Where were you when people were giving her these things?' I have never heard of any of these people, and Whitney did not make it a point to mention them, sober or not. They are pointing the finger too much, and are the only ones doing so. Finally, they all look a hot mess anyway, therefore, the derby, slick back, and horrific weave can not be trusted.

I thoroughly enjoyed this interview. God bless you, Leolah Brown and your beautiful family. I caught a glimpse of the infamous Oprah interview with sister-in-law Pat and half-brother Gary, and honestly, it came across as pure fluff. Pat's speaking voice was very breathy and showy, as though there was not an ounce of sincerity in her. For that reason, I switched the channel, because I couldn't stand the breathy tone of voice she was using. However, this interview here with Leolah Brown comes across as genuine. I believe every word she's saying here. People can tell when it's from the heart. Whitney Houston made some good records up to the Body Guard, but shortly thereafter her package deteriorated hugely. She became the laughing stock of society, due to her ugly character and drug abuse. She's never really had a pleasing personality to begin with.

WOW! I saw the interview with Pat and Gary. Something wasn't right about their words, their actions. Pat looked defiant and Gary was denying things that he should have known. People fail to look or accept how messy the Houston family is and how they were heavy drug users. I don't trust any of them. They used church to cover up their deadly addiction. I have always found it odd

I have always found it odd that her manager (Pat), bodyguard (Pat's brother Ray) and personal assistant (Mary) were all MIA th entire day that Whitney died. It's like they knew what she was doing in her room so left her alone to get her tweek on..like it was her routine before she went out. My gut says they knew and are now sorry they didn't do more. However as many have said, Whitney was an adult and ultimately she caused her own death and as sad as that realization may be, it's the truth.

Let me say this my brother and his long term girlfriend are addicts. She has 3 children from previous relationships and they have one together my beautiful nephew. They do several different things (pills, coke, weed, alcohol etc.) they usually go on binges and partake in these behaviors when the kids are out the house but we all know what's going on. I know her kids have seen a lot from different men to sketchy people being in and out of the house and even some of her family members are users/suppliers. My point is my family is educated we grew up with 2 parents in the home went to church we all were supposed to do well in life. My brother took another road for different reasons but really just because he hates hard work and gives up easy. You might look at our family than look at my brother and say "why aren't they doing something?" "don't they know he's on drugs?" "they just let that baby be with him someone needs to take the kids". Well news flash we have tried several times my mom even called CPS 3 times and they can't do anything unless there are physical signs of abuse or neglect they basically told her they have to witness them using to intervene. We have talked to them countless times about their lifestyle but they are ADULTS there is only so much you can do. PLEASE give Pat, Gary and Cissy some slack being related to an addict I know how they feel and I've felt the criticism they feel but I'm telling you people it's much easier said than done.
