Bobbi Kris HOPES To Play Whitney In Biopic + Rihanna CRUISES Around The Sydney Harbour

Rihanna may have made it known she's willing to "dedicate her life" to working on playing Whitney Houston in a movie. But Bobbi Kristina has recently expressed interest in playing her mother if a biopic is made about the star. Get the deets inside and see pics of Rihanna aboard a cruise in Australia promoting Battleship.

As rumors of a Whitney Houston biopic float around Hollywood, Bobbi Kristina has thrown her name into the pot of interested actresses. And now that Bobbi Kris has been offered a role on Tyler Perry's "For Better or Worse" tv show, she may be sharpening her acting skills for the occasion.

While folks like Meagan Good and Rihanna have all expressed interest, Bobbi Kris has been telling friends that if a movie ever get made, SHE should be the one to play her mom. Why? Because she says no one knows Whitney better than her own daughter. She has a point. Thoughts?

And speaking of Rih Rih...

Rihanna was spotted in Australia yesterday while on her promo tour for Battleship.

Rocking a blue denim tie-dyed shirt with a pair of matching tiny shorts and white plimsolls, Ri Ri took a cruise down Sydney Harbour with Brooklyn Decker and a few of her other Battleship co-stars.

wow, yaw some cold, interesting foke! (and i know how to spell)...i don't think LIl Whitney (Bobby-Kris) would do the part justice, but i think it would be genius for her to play her self as a older kid on into teenage years...but i'm more interested in her playing a citizen of the united states! I truly believe this young lady loved her mother more than anything and unless you have been in her shoes, how dare anybody say that she doesn't care about her mother because she has an opinion? shame on you! Right now, she has the weight of the world on her shoulders because everyone loved her mom and she can't go anywhere without hearing sm1 tell her how much her mom means and has meant to them and how much they wish she was still here...that's hard, and sometimes you have to ice yourself down or you'll go nuts! If a biography is made, i hope it is tastefully done, and i hope whoever writes it, is kind and realizes that this woman has family and fans that still and will always love her! But PLEAZZE do for lil Whitney what you wouldnt and didnt for her mother...be honest and get this baby some help "NOW"...like her daddy said, "DON'T BE CRUEL"...she has some serious road ahead of her and she needs some "SPIRITUAL" warfare behind her, not greedy leaches! But @ the end of the day, the grieving process takes atleast 4 years to begin, so she is going to be up and down for awhile! I'd love to see Monica wear the heck outta this part...Megan, please take a nap and "SAT DOWN SOMEWHERE"...

U all know damn well Krissi would never get that role. It would have to be someone with amazing beauty & talent. No studio would financially back up a film with Krissi in the lead. I don't think the film would be made for another 10yrs. I doubt if future actress has been intoduced to us yet. It won't be Brandy, Monica, Rhianna or Jhud. Whoever it is would have to be a stronger actress than singer. Whitneys life was dramatic. I wanno know who will play Robyn Crawford.

Bobbi Kris should not play Whitney. How disturbing would it be to watch her kiss and romance a Bobby Brown look-alike? She would have to think about her mother's romantic entanglements and drug problems. That isn't something any child should have to contend with at all, especially since Bobbi Kris has a propensity for these very same problems. I vote no. Let someone not as close to the situation play Whitney.

The only interesting part of

The only interesting part of whitney was the bodyguard era, her friendship with Costner(should have been with him, they were sexy in the movie, whenever they shred space), and the whole Osama thing, but other than that, she really didn't have an interesting confirmed male companions in her life, don't care to hear about bobby brown, or hanging with ray j, whatever that was. besides, clive already said no to a biopic. the media really should stop talking about her life until something really interesting comes out, the stories that are coming out, only BET/TVONE would air it. like the natalie cole story , i couldn't get that time back. i can't believe latoya jackson life was more interesting.

@ Miss T. I agree 100%. Bobbi Kriss does not have any protection from the Vultures that are surrounding her. Bobbi Kris needs to come down to earth and work on herself. College would be such a great place to discover who she is and what she wants. She should be around people her own age and she should be speaking with a counselor or something who can help guide her emotional growth. She does not need a man or any acting assignments. Expectation is going to be so high on anything she does and she will never live up to that. Hollywood and Entertainment made Whitney feel very insecure and she had both beauty and the gift of a voice. Bobbi Kriss does not have those things and it's going to be much harder on her than it ever was on her mother. And Krissy already has issues with Drugs. She needs to take it slow and avoid Hollywood for now.

While I can understand why

While I can understand why Bobbi Kristina would want to play the part, I don't feel she would be a good choice. For one, she's not an actress and she's too close to the situation. Maybe she could help produce or oversee some of the different angles of the project, but acting in it isn't a good idea to me.
